The hostess, Rosanna was great. She called for us and got us private, secure parking when we arrived. She also sent us great food and sight-seeing options. Perfect location, very nice room for a short overnight.

We really enjoyed our stay at Belduomo! This apartment was great, convenient, clean, spacious, wonderful balcony, and full kitchen. Rosanna the host was nice to work with and very attentive to our needs. I didn't mind the virtual check in or communication at all. She provided all the information we needed and it was easy to communicate with her via What's App. The kitchen was well stocked and had what we needed to make meals which worked out perfectly for my food allergies. The grocery store was close by too. The balcony overlooking the sea was wonderful and it was enjoyable to sit outside. We felt very safe and secure in this location. It was helpful to have a washer to clean our clothes, even though the spin cycle wasn't working properly during our brief visit. But it was no problem because they provided a laundry rack and we could hang the clothes outside and they dried quickly. I would definitely recommend staying in this wonderful apartment!

A lovely little gem well placed just outside the pedestrian zone so good for arrival/departure by taxi with suitcases etc. Rosanna was welcoming, with loads of information on where to eat and visit. Recommended restaurants were spot on with Osteria da Rita 3 meals and Trattoria Tiramisu 2 meals. Would definitely return and recommend for those not wanting to stay in a fully serviced hotel.

What a lovely property and the warmest welcome, so stylish, so clean and in a marvellous location in the city. Although unusual, contact with reception via the app/text worked very well. We would have loved an eating option in the hotel and some outside space even if communal, but we would definitely stay here again and recommend the Belduomo wholeheartedly. The property next door is currently a wreck but we would imagine it will be redeveloped sthlishly and sympathetically.

This place was insane! Top notch customer service, location, views, and all amenities. I would highly encourage anyone to stay here as the views from the patio are absolutely beautiful. The entire apartment was very clean brand new with everything that you possibly would need. This is the best location ever with prestigious shopping at your fingertips as well as any restaurant you desire. We will definitely coming back to stay and much longer! Thank you for an incredible experience!
