Posizione comoda vicinissimo al centro ma lontano da tutti i rumori notturni. Facile trovare parcheggio nei dintorni. La camera è nuova, pulita ed accogliente, dotata di tutti i comfort per poter soggiornare in autonomia!

Da migliorare il sistema di aria condizionata (alcune volte ci impiega diversi minuti prima di accendersi e rinfrescare la stanza).

Communication via email from the moment we booked to the moment we left was excellent. We arrived at the accommodation earlier than the check-in time so weren't sure whether our room would be available but luckily the keys were in the lock-box and we were met by the housekeeper who had everything sorted for us. Our studio was really lovely and had everything we needed, it was clean and very comfortable. There were some really nice touches like the mesh on the windows to keep the bugs out, the small basket on the table with coffee, various teas, cereals, etc. There was a large bottle of water in the fridge, a small coffee machine with several coffee pods, toiletries in the bathroom, hairdryer (which wasn't one of those ones fitted on the wall in the bathroom which, for me, was a bonus), an iron/ironing board and an aircon unit as you entered the room. There was a tv but we didn't put it on so not sure whether there were channels in various different languages or not.

To be honest, we had no issues at all. The only thing I would say to anyone planning on staying in this particular area is to check on the situation with the building work. There was a lot of building work taking place when we were there in September 23, so it wasn't exactly the most picturesque of areas. The view from our balcony was of a derelict building - not great, but we did try and look past that and in the distance it was nice. We did have to watch where we were walking and dodge the building materials and skips, but it wasn't a problem for us cause at the end of the day work has to be carried out to improve places doesn't it? We found all the site workers to be pleasant and considerate and we didn't have any issues with noise during our stay. I think when everything is sorted, it's going to be a really lovely area and we definitely want to return to see how it all looks when completed.

the building is not well soundproofed, the noise produced by car traffic can be heard inside.

Everything really good a lot of building work done around the property but insulation was very good so didn’t hear a thing.

Very clean and spacious appartment. Easy to find a parking spot outside. Nespresso machine and pods provided. Excellent location!

There was no safe in the room.
