5 stars for: location, breakfast, cleanliness, room space, cable TV, Jacuzzi, customer service, style. People were really nice and professional. We had breakfast in the room and in the restaurant. Everytime we need something the replied right a away. Quite neighborhood, Spetacular room view (beach front). Excelent WIFI since we had to work a little bit.

Great location. Room views were amazing, just in front of the sea.

View was outstanding, bed was big and about as comfortable as South American gets. Nice towels and pillows. Basket breakfast was great, nice bread and juice. Hot tub was good temperature for us. Pelicans diving were spectacular!!

Had to pay in pesos to avoid VAt even though US citizens. First time in Chile or South America in three months. BEWARE!! Didn’t use bar or terrace, but looked good. Won awards in past, but starting to show age. Difficult to keep a showplace on coast.

The heating system wasn't working in our room.

This place is truly spectacular! The view is exceptional, it has a beautiful architectural design, the rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfast is great, the staff is nice, and the hot tubs were amazing. 10/10 all the way. We loved it so much that I know we will be returning someday and thinking about it in the meantime. Thank you!

The only suggestion would be to serve better food for dinner. The food they have is premade and overpriced. Otherwise it was all great!
