kitchen was a good size, good location

beds were unbelievably uncomfortable. they don’t tell you where to check in and leave you stranded. they have charged us £150 out of our deposit with no explanation and we left the place spotless. after lots of emails and messages they have not answered us. awful place.

Nicely equipped kitchen. Bathroom with bathtub.

Not very comfortable bed, but we only said for one night so it was ok.

Hotel refused to comunicate with me when I had an issue with a booking

We expected much more for the price. When we arrived there was NO RECEPTION!! There was a sign directing to the reception which was 700 metres away!! They blamed Booking.com for not mentioning this. The front door of the apartment block was NEVER locked and anyone could enter. When we entered the room we found it was NOT like pictures on Booking.com. One of the single beds was immidiately as you entered the appt. The furnature looked like people had been dancing on the tables in ski boots. The appt. was for 6 but only had comfortable seating for 4. There was no bottle opener, ice cube trays, no shart food preparation knives, etc. We didn't cook there but it seemed there were insufficient pots & pans to prepare food for 6. Finally we were charged 10€ per day for our dog which we knew when we booked but once we arrived and saw the type of appt. it seemed excessive.

Although on closely reading the booking confirmation it was a studio flat , the photos on the advert showed one bedroom.It is clearly misleading and disappointing that the photos weren’t of the property the ad related to.

Location for ski in was good.

Disgusting misrepresentation of a property. The pictures were nothing like the advert on booking.com. It was dirty, and even the receptionist described the room as ugly. There was no communal living area that could comfortable fit 8 people (we booked an 8 person apartment for 5 of us). Not one of us had a full nights sleep, uncomfortable beds, minimal bedding. Noisy doors and a disgusting kitchenette. A truly terrible room, that has zero reflection to the advert on booking.com

The apartment for 8 people was a good size. Heating was very hot and hot water was plentiful.

The kitchenette lacked some basic items (like an oven!) but was OK for simple meals.
