Such a lovely welcome, I had hurt my foot and the owner couldn't have done more to help when we arrived. Map of the area, highlights of the sights pointed out (glass museum was recommended and enjoyed) Delicious tea in room, great views, comfy beds, so clean. And the balcony was great place to relax and people watch. Highly recommend

The location was fantastic. Walking distance to old town, sea organ. Marija was very Kind and helped us with the checkin. Extremely friendly and kind person. Anita was super responsive during our entire stay and answered to any questions we had. The room is great and has eveything one needs. Highly recommend it!

Marija was a wonderful host who explained the old town and surroundings to us and the parking situation. She greeted us warmly and had quite a bit of information to share including a very helpful map. The ceilings were quite high which helped make the room feel more spacious, the windows opened nicely to the street below and the water pressure/heat from the shower was terrific.

We got very lucky finding a small parking spot right away, but we could see where parking could become an issue for visitors. Be prepared to walk a lot of winding stairs to get to the apartment- it is 4 floors up.

The location was perfect, the balcony was great, the bed was comfortable, it was very clean, perfect in every way.

Terrific location in the old town in the lovely quiet Three Wells Square. Comfortable room with a view of the square. We loved Zadar and enjoyed staying here. Marija was helpful with suggestions and everything was an easy walk. Great value.

Beautiful building and room, newly decorated. The owner is lovely and so accommodating. It is right in the centre of the old town so you are within walking distance to everything but it is not overly noisy.

Not a problem for me but it is a 2 flight walk up for those with mobility issues.

The location was great. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

Parking is limited and a challenge to manage. The rooms are located up two flights of stairs with no elevator or staff to help. We had no way to darken the room overnight, to block outside street lights.

Marija was so kind and lovely person. She prepared everything for us to make us comfortable. She gqve the all information about city on the map and also gave sone nice tips about restautants and museums. Room was really clean. Bathroom was shining. No watermark at all. Even rubbish bin was folded nicely 🥰 we will definetly choose the same apartment again.

1. The location was fantastic. It is right in the heart of the old town with restaurants and bars on the doorstep, and a couple of minutes' walk from the sea organ. 2. Marija the host was charming. She was very friendly and she kept our bags when we checked out so we could pick them up later in the day. 3. The room was big, the beds were super comfortable and the air con worked like a dream. 4. The building had lots of traditional character and we liked that it was not a conventional hotel. 5. Communication between the host ourselves was excellent and they even arranged a taxi to collect us from the airport

Good location. Near to bars and restaurants but still very quiet Close to ferry. Clean and comfortable. Nice little balcony.
