Location is perfect

The noise was an issue. We did expect that it would be noisy, but was surprised that there was music well into the night( until 4-5AM) There was an argument in the hall landing at 0640 AM on Monday,it was very loud. I do believe it was among staff members. About 3 or 4 people, one was taller with a white shirt, another was a shorter/stocky guy. On the 2nd morning (Tuesday) the beer barrels were delivered at about 0630, they rolled the barrels down the alley, it was like thunder, it went on for 20 minutes. The windows did seem new/ but it did seem that the room was not sound proof at all. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Booked a double bedroom. Got a room with 3 bunk beds. Tv did not work. No kettle. Tiles stacked in the bathroom

It’s in an excellent location for restaurants and pubs and shops! No free parking, but it is right by a very affordable lot. Staff was very friendly and the pub below is nice.

We knew it was above a bar, but didn’t appreciate how loud it would be and late into the night. They were upfront about that but it did end up making it harder to sleep. It was also a bit warm and the window didn’t open much. Beds were a bit firm for our taste.

There is no bin. Shower is not the best (setting cold/hot) and was leaking a bit. Noisy and bush as it has been informed previously (I'm ok with that) - however doors of rooms were slamming constantly...

Comfortable room,great location and good value for money

The treatment of our group by staff was upsetting and unacceptable. As we were residents in the rooms we had free entry into the nightclub and bar underneath the accomodation. One of our group was asked to leave the club at around 2am by the bouncer for no apparent reason however we obliged and all followed the bouncer outside. We were told to come back a half an hour later and i then explained that we were residents so we were going to return to our rooms and go to bed instead of hanging around outside in the cold . The bouncer was very suspicious of me and took us to another member of staff who made me show proof of my booking and identification for everyone in the group, which I was able to do. I had proof of our booking and had interacted with other members of staff earlier in the night however we were told we could not go back to our rooms until 2.30am. They would not let us in to our own hotel rooms which was appalling and upsetting. We obliged with the bouncer asking us to leave the nightclub however we have a right to access our rooms as paying respectable customers. The staff would not let us in and instead our group, which consisted of three, young girls, had to sit out on the street at 2 in the morning. After ten minutes I returned to the front door and once again asked to be let into our own rooms and after sufficient explanation on my part we were allowed in. My friends and I found this to be an unacceptable treatment of customers, especially in the early hours of the morning. We provided every piece of documentation and identification asked of us however we were still met with skepticism and disrespect. I was planning to lodge this complaint with a member of staff on the morning of our departure however the only staff in the building were cleaning staff. I will not be staying here again and would be advising any of my friends and family against it as well

Great location,central to everything and great price.Also entry to nightclub and panio bar is free once ur staying there.Staff and door men bouncers had fabulous personalities.Would definitely stay there again.

There wasn't anything I didn't like , it may not suit anyone who likes to sleep early at the weekend because it's in a busy spot with plenty of night life , but this suited me
