The unit was poorly cleaned. Used soap/ razor and previous renter’s shower products left in downstairs stairs. Call placed to property manager and when cleaning company apparently returned to clean unit all these items still left in downstairs shower. Coffee pot in kitchen left dirty/ with coffee grinds in it. Light bulbs out in kitchen ceiling. Ceiling in family room with large peeling water stain. Upstairs master bedroom tv is extremely poor- a cable streaming service that does not work. Very poor connection!! Golf views and access to the beach are great but I would never rent this unit again.

Beautiful! The only drawback was 24 steps to get inside which would be difficult for some. The primary bedroom was also up a steep flight of steps. Great place for physically fit young people.

Loved the property. Clean, well-furnished, convenient. Only issue was air conditioning went out. Unit has reminders to keep doors/windows closed to prevent AC freeze up. We assumed it had frozen (though we were good at keeping doors closed), but it didn't come on after leaving it off most of a day. Notified management company, but they were unable to have technician look at it until next day, which was a little frustrating (one might think management company of presumably lots of units has technicians on the ready 24/7).. That said, technician arrived mid-morning the following day, diagnosed that the capacitor needed replacement, and had it up and running within a couple of hours. Overall, great property and we'd recommend it.

Great experience except one issue. Garbage disposal was old and broke and dishwasher leaked. Called after hours maintenance 3 times with little help. Called next morning and they had no ticket of calls. The sawgrass property maintenance group was responsive and excellent. Replaced garbage disposal. There was no thermostat upstairs and it did get hot in master bedroom. The condo was very comfortable and I loved the 2 living areas.

This was one of the most pleasurable experiences I have ever had at a Hotel , Resort , Condiminium , Kiawahi Island is beautiful, very intimate and nature's finest , The place was taken care of with so much care ! The host made all my needs accessible and even had equipment for beach and fishing , This made my family vacation memorable in so many ways !
