The condo was great and in a great location. We never had to use our car. We wanted a walkable location and this was perfect.

This was the absolute best vacation we’ve had in a while. The unit was so clean and so nicely decorated and just overall had a wonderful layout. The kitchen had wonderful appliances and plenty of cookware so that we were able to cook our meals there. Also, pWe couldn’t have asked for a better location. It is located right next door to the FloraBama, which we were a little worried about, but we couldn’t hear anything the entire time we were there. The unit is on the 4th floor above the pool and it was so nice to be able to go on the balcony each morning and see the beach and pool. The walk to the beach is literally like not even 25 yards which is amazing!! Also, we are located within 5 minutes of Cobalts which is one of our favorites! We have already shared this listing with friends and hope to make the trip back in the near future!

Our stay in this unit was amazing. We had an issue with the TV (we have two littles) and the owner himself came down and replaced it immediately! The pool was great, especially if you have children as it is a zero-entry pool. We will be back!

The condo had been updated and it was beautifully decorated. Everything was very clean. If I had anything negative to say, I would say the bathroom appeared bigger in the pictures. It was fine for the 2 of us but any more people it would be a tight fit.

Very nice property with a great view!

The Condo was very nicely decorated. It’s cozy and has very comfortable seating and bed. Big enough balcony to sit out and have coffee and see the sunrise and set. We went in early March and crowds were low and the beach warm enough to lay out on. We saw daily dolphins swimming by. The two bunk beds are built in the hallway and would work great for kids. In my opinion too small for adults to sleep in. Swimming pool is in view of balcony being directly below you. The Beach offered chair/umbrella set up for $$ for two days. Very clean beach. Right near is the famous FloraBama bar if you like live music. We hear it gets pretty crazy around spring breaks and big concerts but we found it calm on our visit. I didn’t realize we had to pay to park ($60) in provided ramp. Price is for duration of your stay but just be aware of this. Elevators were easy to get, remember we were there in off season. We liked this unit so much that we are hoping to rebook. Coffee pot makes a full pot of coffee or also one cup with a K cup.

The property is exactly like the pictures portrayed! Amazing views to the beach and gulf. Phoenix X keeps the outside and inside areas clean and safe. Will stay here again.

We chose this property for the walk in shower, but the entire unit was beautifully decorated and the furniture and bed were very comfortable. Would choose this unit again.

Me and my husband stayed for our honeymoon! We had a great time. Plenty of space for 2! Great location next to the flora Bama and plenty of other great restaurants. Will definitely stay again!

The condo was perfect for our family of four. It was updated and beautifully decorated. Perfect location! Loved the 4th floor for the beautiful view of the beach and the awesome pool. I could easily see the kids swimming when my husband and I wanted to go up and make lunch in the condo. A bonus was parking on the same floor, but if you didn't want to drive, you can easily walk to FloraBama. The condo was equipped with everything we needed and even had boogie boards left behind that the kids enjoyed. The renovated pool was large and my family really enjoyed the picnic and BBQ area. The beach wasn't overly crowded. It was easy to rent chairs & an umbrella with an upfront view of the beach. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us! We would definitely return!
