Our stay at this property was a nightmare. The homeowner was intrusive, constantly messaging us. Strict requirements for driver’s licenses and guest numbers were outlined, and if you have visitors, you must provide proof of their licenses. The house is heavily monitored with video and voice surveillance, making it uncomfortable from the start. The cleanliness was appalling, despite paying a premium for cleaning services. We encountered ants, cockroaches, and filthy bathroom floors with mold and sticky debris. The homeowner suggested addressing these issues during our stay, but as renters, we should be able to enjoy the house without dealing with problems that should have been resolved beforehand. The homeowner even claimed to have walked through the house before our arrival, making the state of cleanliness even more disappointing. It gets worse. We had more guests than registered due to a team event. Shortly after, the homeowner showed up with police officers and canceled our reservation. VRBO offered minimal assistance as we were given just one hour to evacuate. During this time, the homeowner turned on the heater and disconnected access to the thermostats, causing distress to our two elderly guests with medical issues. We have saved videos and photos as proof and can share them upon request. This home and homeowner are ones we would never recommend. Our experience was incredibly frustrating and unpleasant. beware, beware, beware

CHECKED IN AND SPENT ONLY 4 HRS THERE DISCOVERED BED BUGS AT 2 AM IN THE MORNING AND HAD TO EVACUTATE THE HOUSE AFTER GETTING A 3 HOTEL ROOMS RATING WOULD BE MINUS 10 BED BUGS BED BUGS

The house was great for our group 8 of ladies. Everyone had enough space to spread out. The kitchen was pretty well stocked. There could have been more plates and bowls. We were constantly washing dishes. Also, there could have been more towels and wash clothes. The house was in a central location to all of the things that we had planned for the weekend. We were not pleased with the air condition control situation at all!!! The owner has control of the A/C. I had to contact her each evening to ask her to drop the air so that we were comfortable sleeping. She would never drop it to what we truly wanted. She follows some ERGOT guidelines and recommended that we open the windows since the evening was somewhat cool. Not an option for us. The ceiling fan in the master suite turns itself off in the middle of the night. Very annoying. We later realized there were some things that were automated. Maybe you need some type of instruction page as to how to operate the home. Our group had a wonderful time visiting family, eating out and painting. Thank you!

The home was beautifully decorated with a cozy home environment. The location was easy to get to and the check in/out process was flawless. I did give this property 4 stars only due to AC restrictions. The upstairs was hot, but in all fairness, it could have been an issue with the unit. The homeowner has been nothing but kind to work with regarding this issue. She truly wants her place to be the best stay for all.

Beautiful home! Clean! Quiet neighborhood!

The property fit our needs perfectly. We had a group from our company traveling for a trade show. The property was super spacious - everyone had their own room. It was so great to be able to retreat and relax. The beds were very comfy! We also enjoyed the wonderful family room and kitchen/dining area - we spent good quality time chatting and catching up in this space. The house use beautiful and the neighborhood was very peaceful. I definitely would recommend this home.
