I stayed here with family for the weekend to attend Comic Con, as well as checkout some local breweries. This place was well worth thenprice first of all. There is 2 parking spots on the side, but plenty of street parking as well. I had some minor issues when I first arrived with the lock and thermostat, so I emailed the owner and he replied right away with detailed instructions. Issues were resolved, and the rest of our stay was amazing. There was a washer/dryer for to use prior to leaving. I will definitely be staying here again next time I'm in the area

Excellent: First of all, can I just say that you can’t put a price on a good night’s sleep. I stayed in the small queen room and I slept so well! I would love to know the name of the mattress so I could buy one. The place was very clean, and there were several nice touches. The central location to explore the area was absolutely perfect. Communication: In terms of communication, I would say the owner was very good, but one thing that would be helpful is to put all the check-in information in one place. We weren’t sure where to park when we got there, and we didn’t realize that there were two different codes needed, building and apartment. Having all the information in one place would have made check-in less stressful (especially arriving after dark) Main Opportunity for Improvement: My only real critique (which should be an easy fix) is lack of storage space in the kitchen and lack of counter space in the bathroom. This was a huge deal for me as I find clutter to be very stressful. All the kitchen items we brought took up the whole dining table, and we were constantly having to dig around to find what we needed. There is a ton of unused space in this condo, adding a free-standing pantry or shelving unit in the kitchen would be a game-changer. Also, having to use the toilet lid to hold my toiletries was quite a nuisance. Replacing the sink with a larger vanity would make a big difference, especially since there’s only one bathroom for everyone to share.

Everything was as stated. The beds were comfortable (although they are high - a footstool would be great - just a suggestion). We really enjoyed ourselves and would certainly consider returning.
