Better than the listing described! Lots of space. Very comfortable. Beautiful scenery and lake. Being right on the lake provides instant fun and relaxation. The property manager was very easy to communicate with, very attentive, and very hospitable. We can't wait to come back!

We stayed at Ben's place for an amazing 8 day family vacation this August. The house is impeccably clean, comfortable and functional. The views from the deck are incredible (we watched several types of birds scooping fish out of the lake right in front of us) and the dock enabled us to have all sorts of water fun (swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking). Our group included folks from ages 6-74 and we all had an incredible time. Don't forget to bring water shoes as the entry into the lake is rocky (and can be slippery), but once in, the lake water is incredible. I was surprised at how quiet the lake was compared to other lake vacations we have taken; we saw very few other people. There is some nearby construction currently, but the noise was minimal. There were a ton of water toys at the house (paddle board, kids kayak, an anchored lily pad, tubes, etc). Communication with the owner was stellar. We had a minor issue with the kitchen sink and he responded with a fix (and an offer to have someone come out) right away. If we're ever back in CDA, I know where we'll be staying!

From start to finish, everything about our time at this rental was 10/10! The communication couldn’t have been better with the host, the property itself was in outstanding condition. The location, amenities, etc. made for a fantastic stay! We are already looking to return next year and can’t wait to do it again! Highly recommend this property!
