We spent a couple nights at this property. The unit is beautiful and the view is spectacular. The location was walkable to everywhere we went downtown.

We had the best time staying here with our family of 5. The kids each had their own rooms (they loved the bunk beds!). We loved the noise makers left out in each room since we have them at home as well. You cant beat the views of the bay or the location as it is right in the mix of everything downtown! We did not expect it to be everything so brand new either. The host was super cool as well. He helped us with getting information about the pontoon rental, answered my 50 questions before/during/after our stay and gave us great information about where to go eat and things for the kids to do (They loved the kids museum). I walked to get coffee every morning and sat down on the bench at the river walk or I'd walk under the bridge two doors down where the river opens up into the bay. We cannot wait to come back again with our extended family. We booked all four units for next summer so we could all stay together at the same place but still be in our own separate units for privacy as well. I Highly recommend this listing to anyone who might be considering staying here.

Spent the weekend with family. Newly updated and clean space fit 6 adults comfortably. Great location right in downtown Traverse City. Host was quick to reply and made it a great weekend.

Really clean and cute loft. Great location on Front Street. We stayed during the Cherry Festival and watched two parades from the property.
