It's brand new and it's a perfect lake house with it's own beach and incredible view! It was walking distance to downtown Shell Lake which has food, ice cream, a grocery store. Great open concept with a huge island and dinner table. It never felt cramped. I would have loved to stay longer. We stayed for an extended weekend but will definitely be back. Weather cooperated for the most part however the house was setup for rain or shine. Lots of covered outdoor space to hangout and the screened in living area downstairs was great for the kids. I brought my pontoon and my brother in law brought his side by side. Boat launch is two houses down and it has parking available. House had plenty of parking however and we could have fit both vehicles with trailers. The whole family had an amazing time! Thank you Shannon!
