Disappointed in the cleanliness of what is an overall nice property. The location is right next to the train tracks and easy walking to local restaurants. My daughter and I stayed here for 3 nights that cost me a good chunk of change. We showed up on a Monday afternoon at 4pm (check in time) after a day of rafting. The master shower was covered in black mold. Toilets had mold in them and the second shower was also dirty with a pinkish mold in it. Washing machine also has mold growing in the detergent fill area as well as the wash drum. I contacted the property owner (Brandon) and complained. I sent him pictures of the shower showing the mold. He responded he would get on it immediately, his solution was to have the cleaning manager come by the property on Tuesday to inspect. Remember I paid a good amount of money to stay here for 3 days and now you want me to plan around the cleaning manger coming to inspect something that was clear in the photos I sent. In the end I went to the Food Lion and bought shower cleaner so I could actually use the shower I paid for. The property has the potential to be 5 stars but the lack of care and cleanliness is holding it back.

The place was gorgeous and immaculate! We fell in love right away. The area is beautiful and quiet and calm. Perfect getaway! Owners were wonderful and easy to communicate with. Would definitely rent here again! Thank you so much for great memories!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is so convenient and we were able to walk to dinner each night. I loved sitting out on the balcony each morning and night before going to bed. The condo is well equipped and spacious. Would definitely stay here again!

location was perfect right in the middle of everything and the balcony was amazing.

Great location and access to all downtown Blue Ridge has to offer. Firm beds, large shower and the kitchen was well equipped and stocked with plates, cups and dishes, utensils and pots and pans. Be aware you are on a main road in the downtown area, so it can be a bit noisy (nothing crazy) until 11pm or so. Also, the train blows around 7:30am some mornings- we were prepared and it wasn’t bothersome. The condo was modern, clean and neat and nicely decorated. Can highly recommend the hosts and the unit. If you are looking for a getaway in downtown Blue Ridge, definitely book this unit!

I highly recommend this location for a family or 2 couples looking to get away. Downtown view, proximity to shops, restaurants,etc… is perfect! Brandon and Katharina are great hosts and make the experience so enjoyable. We’ll be back!

Beautiful condo. Warm and welcoming. Deck seating was my favorite. Perfect location downtown and walkable to everything. We will be returning. Communication with this host was top notch. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Overall a great experience. The only suggestion I would make is to make checkout at 11:00. We left the room a little 10:00 and all the shops downtown opened at 11:00z

We had an amazing trip! The condo is well thought out and stocked very well. The porch is very nice overlooking the train and town. The beds were extremely comfortable and lots of space. Quick walks to everything in the town. Highly recommend!

The balcony must be the best view of Blue Ridge Town Square and shops...The unit was beautiful in every way....could not be a better location....close to EVERYTHING in Blue Ridge for shopping...everything right at your feet. We highly recommend and plan to stay again in the future. The hosts are super fast to reply to questions. If I could do 100 stars...I would! Luis and James

My sister and I brought our mom for the train trip and 2 days in town. She is 87. The apartment was perfectly located for train and shopping. The elevator was a must. The place was clean, beaytiful and had a great balcony!
