Bedrooms were nice with new linen and towels. There was 1 hanger in most closets- one had 4. Bathrooms were clean - but no soap or shampoo. Kitchen was well equipped. Wonderful walking trails right across the street!
Back door slider had no lock- a board was placed in the floor track. Back fence was propped up with a 2x4.

The townhouse slept a lot of people for its size, but the rest of the house couldn’t handle that many people. The neighborhood was a little sketch. But the walking trail across the road was amazing!! We only slept there so it was perfect for us. And we only had 2 couples.

We were very close to all of the things we wanted to do. Golf, baseball fields, movie theater, leap ninja warrior for the kids and the walking path right out the front door was awesome. It was very hot our first day and the fans were not quite enough, especially in the upstairs rooms. One room was missing the screen so we could not leave the window open very far. The only down fall was the neighbors dog that ran circles in the tiny yard and barked at all hours. The smell was a bit much from that yard as well.

This was a great location for a Laramie visit focused on activities in town and hiking out of town. The weekend we visited was unseasonably hot (low to mid 90s) so that was a bit uncomfortable temp wise, but the basement bedrooms stayed cool and everything else was wonderful!

We enjoyed our stay. the house was clean. The hiking trail across the street is amazing... close to everything we needed. Communication from the owner was amazing!

- Clean, well decorated
- Great hiking trails nearby
- Good communication from host
Cons:
- No AC, got pretty hot during the summer
- Several bedrooms had no screens on windows so could not open windows at night (mosquitoes)
- Didn't feel unsafe, but neighborhood is a little rough in spots
- Sliding glass door doesn't have a lock. Wood board keeps it shut.
Overall decent place to stay while in town. Great for large groups.

We had our family and grandparents stay at this property for a Swim Meet. It was close to everything. There is not a bedroom on the main level so if you are having elderly staying with you, the stairs might be a problem. But for us it was perfect. Nice having all the bathrooms. :) We will stay here again!

It was nice and clean but no air conditioning. and a lot of steps. Having said this, if these things don't bother you.it is a nice place!. Wonderful area to walk and enjoy the outdoors. The yard had a lot of dog poop that had not been cleaned up.

Stayed with a couple friends for a Cowboys game. It was nice that each room had its own bathroom so you didn't have to share. Everything was clean and the host was very easy to deal with! We'll be back!

The home was PERFECT for the 4 of us staying the night. Very close to the University and the home was very clean. My communications with the Owner were great and timely. Very roomy and love the improvements made to the home, would absolutely stay there again.

Loved the quiet, separate rooms and bathrooms for our group of women who attended a reunion. We felt so comfortable having a place to just relax and visit after our activities. Very clean, very easy check in and quick response to a question we had. Kitchen nice and stocked with everything we needed. Thanks for great stay!

This house was perfect for our extended family to stay to go to a UW game and visit our nephew. It is located close to the University of Wyoming, the owners communicated great, and we loved how many bathrooms there were in the house.

This property was a darling place to stay. Nicely decorated and it made us feel at home. Comfortable beds and seating. Great walking trails across the street. Jahna recommended J's Prairie Rose for breakfast and it was just what we needed. I would choose this place again.

Clean and decorated nicely. Close to UW. Needed towels for each person. Since there’s no A/C, we needed a few fans and a screen in one window to avoid bugs. Overall it was a great choice for a pet friendly place to stay!
