location was good, quiet neighbourhood, no trouble finding it. Good value with the room and shared washroom. The booking.com ad for the room was accurate for what I wanted. The room was good. The booking process was easy and the owner gave a lot of info during and prior to check in.

Unfortunately the shower did not work. Followed the instructions but I think the water mixing valve was stripped. I was on a tight schedule and did not contact the owner about it. The bed was a a little small for me. I'm over 6 foot.

The place was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

There are two things I didn't appreciate 1. The fact that you can't open the window in the room. We could not get fresh air from the outside in the room. We could only use the air-conditioning. 2. Receiving this incredibly long list of house rules (see below) AFTER having made the reservation. I was particularly surprised by the last sentence: "Guests waive their rights to a lawsuit against the host or landlord." _________________________ Hello. Very nice and clean private bedroom to stay. The host is very considerate to provide guest slippers at the front doors and tea bag ,kettle, fridge with two bottles of water in the guest room, which makes our staying very convenient and comfortable. The shared bathroom is spacious and everything is neat and tidy. A truly 5 star experience!
