Well furnished and clean. Heating was very efficient

Minor point but water pressure wasn’t very high

The property was really well equipped. Everything you could possibly need while staying was provided. Decoration was very smart. Kerie was very helpful, and responded to messages very quickly.

The double bed was far too hard. The fridge door needs to be hung the other way, to make it easier to get into

Ideal location, good facilities, lovely welcome hamper. Very comfortable and homely. Lots of bedding provided, modern bathroom with a good shower.

I didn’t realise the pull out bed was in the hallway (by the front door) The light meant sleeping in it was difficult. The brochures were out of date. It was not spotlessly clean, some of the decor was tired/incomplete. For example, there were coffee stains on the wall. The blinds in the second bedroom appeared broken.

The hosts had clearly thought of everything that you could possibly need

The kitchen tap was broken and water spurted everywhere. I contacted the owner to report but never heard back. Half of the tap fell off

The property is beautifully presented, bright and clean. There is a drive way that even my narrow boat of an estate car can fit onto, just be careful of the narrow gates. The back garden is fully enclosed and perfect for dogs. In the summer it would be a lovely place for drinks/ BBQ, the solar lights are also a nice touch. Proximity to the beach, shops & Sizzler pub is perfect especially with young children. Rhyl is also a 10 minute drive away. The property has great facilities with a livingroom/diningroom/ kitchen. The washer/dryer came in handy to dry off wet clothes after a run around the beach. The bedrooms are lovely and had super comfy fresh bedding. The extra little touches were amazing, toiletries, welcome basket & dog treat jar were so nice. Also to note that the internet was super fast and reliable which is rare in a rental property. The host is attentive and prompt with replies and there were no issues at all to bring up.

Bungalow was beautifully presented. Perfectly clean and uncluttered. Everything was provided that we could possibly need. Welcome basket was a lovely touch, especially as we were only staying 1 night.
