Clean bedding and towels provided, very quiet at night and peaceful. Customer service was excellent and a family-friendly atmosphere throughout the park. The facilities could use a bit of a refresh i.e. repainting.

My only gripe was that you pay to have additional guests, and the cabin is designed to accommodate up to 4 people, however the hot water service is only able to handle a maximum of 2 showers per night. So, there won't be adequate hot water for 4 people to shower separately each night.

Communication prior to arrival was good. Facilities were great. Our cabin was on the old side but was very clean.

The main bed was a little uncomfortable. We slept very well after so much bushwalking though!

The location is fabulous! The property was good, the beds are hard. The heater is very poor but ok. The shower is very short! Great water pressure.

A very short walk to the lake. Easy access to everything.

All was good all though tv reception was pretty bad and wifi was shocking.

Family friendly and so relaxing

It was a really beautiful place and we really enjoyed being there, even though it was rainy, but it was really enjoyable. The cabin was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hosts were very kind and friendly.I highly recommend you go there.I will definitely come back there.

Very average accommodation for the price as extremely dated. The oven didn’t work, no face washers.

Accomodation was great, nice clean 2br unit. Would be a great family holiday location in warmer months with lake and pool.

It was all good value for money

Not far from Stawell. The site is right on the lake and our cabin was close enough to see the lake and walk to.

No matter where I stay, I just can't find a soft bed to sleep in. Why is it that hotels, cabin parks, motels etc can't find soft beds for people to sleep in.

Beautiful location not a far drive to Halls Gap. Our cabin was near the entertainment area and playground which was convenient for our kids. The standard cabin we stayed in was clean. The double bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for our meals. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

I feel the bunk beds need an upgrade. The barrier on the top bunk probably needs to be higher so kids cant easily roll off in their sleep.

no plug in the kitchen sink, bed was very hard and kettle does not boil for a minute to make tap water drinkable. tv in the bedroom was not watchable, keeps dropping out of service

This is a great place to stay. We stayed in a one bedroom cabin with spa bath. The layout of the cabin was fantastic. The cabin was extremely clean. The whole park is maintained extremely well. The location right on Lake Fyans was beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
