Loved the property, lots of space for everyone. beds super comfortable, pool area amazing! The area was perfect, peace and tranquil. Jurica couldn’t do enough for us and checked in each day by text to see if we needed anything. He arranged a driver for us to get in and out of Cavtat and Dubrovnik. Cant wait to go back and would certainly recommend this Villa, particularly if you are a group of friends or family.

Fantastic location for a quiet stress free holiday

Villa Tea was a perfect place to our family with three kids. Kids loved playing basketball, table tennis and swimming in the pool. There were also a Playstation "cave" which was really cool place to our teens. House was really clean and beds were comfortable and big. House had everything we needed. Wiews were fantastic and it was nice to see airplanes coming and going, but it didn't bother as at all. It was a nice private villa, but only five to ten minutes drive to nearest supermarket or Cavtat. Jurica was a great host, he even taked our son to fishing with him! Thank you for a wonderful holiday in your beatiful country. We'll be back!

This villa is amazing great for families and or couples. Close enough to Cavtat to visit every day if you want as the bars and restaurants were very good some better than others. There are quite a few beaches near by if you prefer that to a pool. The villas outside area is more the perfect.

Villa Tea was the perfect place for six friends to enjoy in the wonderful little town of Cavtat. The Villa is well equipped, the outside area is perfect and Jurica is the best host you could dream of. He was very welcoming, advised on beaches we could visit and they even left some watermelons and tomatoes out for us to enjoy. The Villa is very convenient with Cavtat only a 10 min car journey and the airport a similar distance. We didn’t hire a car and it wasn’t much of a problem as taxis and Ubers were very good. Special mention to the cat ‘ham’ who is very friendly. Please feed her and her two kittens if you stay!

There was absolutely nothing bad about the property.

We stayed here as a group of 5 for 5 nights in September 2019, the villa had everything we needed. We spent most of our time outside in the outdoor kitchen and pool area. With a bbq, fridge, dishwasher, large dinning table, sun-beds, good size pool, ping pong table, outdoor toilet and shower, the only time we needed to go indoors was to sleep! The inside space is also great with large kitchen/living area, one double bedroom and shower room downstairs and another double, a twin and shower room up a flight of stairs. It has air conditioning upstairs and downstairs. It is well maintained and couldn’t fault anything about it. The villa is a short drive from the airport and the main area of Cavtat. The runway and airport can be seen from the villa, the planes can be heard but this did not cause any issues for us. The villa is not in walking distance to the restaurants but we had a hire car so this wasn’t an issue. We also used Uber’s to get to Dubrovnik and down into Cavtat for evening meals. The villa has a friendly outdoor cat and we enjoyed his company. I would highly recommended this villa for a relaxing stay in Croatia.
