The flat was easily accessible from Grays Station and town centre, where there are numerous shops and pubs. A one bedroom flat with a small double bed, Bathroom with bath, shower, sink and toilet, Kitchen with all mod cons, Living Room with a settee, a glass coffee table, rug, swivel chair, Widescreen TV. WiFi and password were texted in Check-In Instructions. Toilet Rolls, Air Freshener and a Towels were provided.
The double bed was a bit short for my 6' 2" body, my heels stuck off the end so I had to sleep diagonally.

The handover of the key should be reconsidered

Clean and well equipped. Close stay to Grays station and town centre. Good communication with host.
Key was not ready on time. Had to wait an hour for checking in. Not convenient at all.

Great property in a quiet area with free parking by the river, walking distance to train station and town, pubs etc, fully equipped with everything you need. Easy check in and fast response from property owner for any questions.

Both host were so lovely, the place was exactly as the pictures and it was clean and modern :) I recommend This place 100% nice water view nearby and Aldi round the corner can’t go wrong !
