I want Bonnie to redecorate my house! She is a incredible host and exceeded any expectations. The house is well maintained and impeccably clean. The fence is intact and safe for my dogs. Quiet neighborhood. The hot tub felt great after a 12 hour day. Bonnie even left dog treats and delicious vegan snacks for me. Exceptional! Thank you Bonnie.

Bonnie and Dave's "perfectly small house" was a great place to stay during a visit with nearby family members. The house was very clean, and had everything to make the stay comfortable and convenient. The hosts were very welcoming, and asked what types of snacks I wanted, and even had vegan items for me and treats for my dog. They left a special blanket for my dog, and the yard was safe and secure for her to run around. I felt very welcome, and comfortable throughout the whole stay. Washer/dryer was also convenient, and the hottub was a nice place to relax as well.

This was one of the best rentals on any platform I have used. Perfectly clean, adorably furnished and perfect interaction with host and met all needs. It’s hard to find nice spaces that allow dogs and I pride myself in making it looking like no one stayed there by the time we left. This place was perfect and while small, absolutely comfortable and perfect for single/couple travel. Thank you!

My husband and I stayed here for three nights in June and it was a great home base for us to explore SW Ohio! As described and shown in photos, it's a small house, but the hosts made such great use of the space! We remarked a few times how it was probably the cleanest rental we've ever stayed at. Bonnie went out of the way to get candy, snacks, and drinks for us for our stay which was so nice. She recommended a few restaurants too which was helpful. The house had everything we needed for our stay and then some. The hot tub was clean and worked great. The AC worked super well. Shower was modern, easy to use, and spotless. We stayed in Xenia because the rental options seemed better at a lower price than the surrounding areas we wanted to visit and the house did not disappoint! Thanks for having us Bonnie! Would definitely stay again if we're back in the area.

It was wonderful getting away from day to day things with my husband. It was close to checking out some neat local places and the hot tub was nice in the evening . Plus not far from John Bryan park to do some hiking and adventures in Yellow springs. They owners were very thankful!

Words cannot express the attention to detail.Bonnie sure knows how to make this little house warm and inviting with her decorating skills. She filled our needs with snacks although I wish we would have stayed longer to enjoy all of them.The biking trails were very assessable and enjoyable. Ann

This is, indeed, a tiny house! It is attractively decorated and maintained, and provides all of the amenities that you will need. There is also a nice patio in the back. The location worked well for us - the house is close to many restaurants and shops, and about 3 miles from the Fairgrounds. Bonnis, our host, was a joy to deal with. Should we travel to Xenia again, this property is at the top of our list for places to stay.

Honestly we have never stayed at a better VRBO. It was absolute perfection. I was blown away with every little detail that was thought through. The place was extremely clean, super cute, and we were very spoiled with all of the thoughtful details of everything and anything we could have needed or thought of. The host went above and frankly way beyond what I've ever experienced at a vacation home, from the sweetest special treats and drinks to great local recommendations. We used all of it and are super grateful. Trust me you will want to stay at this one!

Host is fantastic and exceeded expectations the moment i booked dates. bonnie is committed and transparent in the entire process, going beyond what most would do. this is a sweet little home and another bonus is that it is very sound proof so if you are used to living in a home where you hear all of your neighbors, etc.--this is not a problem! it's a real neighborhood and parking across street is a non-issue. it's a baby street and no issue with parking wars so don't let that be a worry! easy peasy 😉 thank you bonnie! we loved it and the proximity to bike trail and everything! thank you for sharing your sweet little home 💓

This house was just perfect for the 2 of us! So CLEAN! We weren’t at the house a lot, but when we were, it was great! We enjoyed the little treats and snacks left by Bonnie and if we are ever heading to Xenia again, we will definitely check to see if this house is available! Definitely recommend!

Honestly, the beautiful little house and yard could not be better renovated, designed, and equipped for not just comfort, but luxury, especially if you're bringing furry companions. Bonnie has thought of everything! Please do not be put off by the small house neighborhood; I met some of the neighbors and they are lovely people who adore their dogs! Some younger folks drive a little fast down the street when returning from school and work, so watch that with your animal companions. Day and night were otherwise very quiet when we were there. We would beg to stay there again if we return to the area.

Had a great stay here for our anniversary weekend. Centrally located to a lot of things. We really enjoyed the hot tub and our trip into yellow springs. Highly recommend this home and the owners are lovely. Bonnie had a cake and some other goodies waiting for us when we got there. It was an awesome weekend!

We wanted to come check out Yellow Springs, but didn't want to stay in downtown. We found this house and from the beginning the communication with the host was incredible. When we got to house, we were so surprised with the "extras" the host left for us. Drinks, snacks, leaving the crockpot out since I had mentioned I would be cooking. I have never had such an amazing interaction or stay. We will definitely be back and we have recommended this to our friends as well!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Bonnie’s house for a long weekend and the experience was so great!!! The house was just what we needed- the perfect, cute getaway. She had the house stocked with our favorite snacks, drinks, and homemade cookies, shoveled and salted the stairs and walkways after a snowfall, provided recommendations and a gift card to a local coffee shop, and left treats for our pup. My wife and I found the place to be perfect, the host was very hospitable to us and our dogs. The hot tub was a bonus.

The perfect little house is well Absolutely Perfect! Never have we felt so welcomed. The Host goes above and beyond...our fur babies was spoiled with various treats and my goodness we were spoiled as well..so much provided even a gift card to a local coffee shop...we can't say enough about how well you are treated by the host. We loved our anniversary getaway!! The home was easy to find, very clean and had everything we needed. We cooked several meals and the owners very kindly had some necessities like spices, butter, etc. to help. The hot tub was an amazing end to our days!

This property is absolutely charming! Beautifully updated with high end finishes. CLEAN and well cared for. Everything we needed to ‘move in’ and be comfortable for four nights. Cozy size for two but allows for some entertaining. Our college son and his girlfriend joined us for dinner and hot tub. I cooked several meals in the tiny, efficient kitchen. We’re so impressed and look forward to staying here again. Highly, enthusiastically recommend this lovely little home!

PERFECT!! Fenced back yard was amazing since we had two dogs. The hosts were amazing. We had everything we needed plus! The hosts left a gift “bowl” for our dogs and snacks for us! Home was perfect!
