The view & location is great! My favorite time was drinking my coffee on the deck in the morning, then watching the sunset. The view looking north is spectacular. Nice size kitchen & great table for playing cards. The cleaner used has such a, knock you over, strong, weird smell. Thankfully we were able to air it out when opening all the doors. I would let the cleaners know the smell is not a good clean kind of smell, and please use something else. It is seriously too strong and smells bad. The pool was disappointing. One of the reasons we chose this location. The pool is very small off the parking lot. Too many kids on this particular weekend My friend told me the bed in the bedroom was comfortable. I was stuck with the hide a bed couch & it was extremely uncomfortable. The second night I put all the couch cushions on top of the “mattress“ & I felt like I was going to roll off. At 2:30 in the morning I thought it would be better to just put it back together as a couch and just sleep on the couch. But I was too tired to try and fix it again. Also, the hide a bed did not have any sheets or bed pillows! The wall mirror in the small bathroom has a fancy with a light built in! But no counter space to put your make up and other toiletries on. I would suggest putting this mirror in the large bathroom and the basic mirror in the small bathroom. Then the mirror can be used for what it is designed for. Great spot but too uncomfortable on couch bed to rent again.

Stellar view from balcony. Quiet neighborhood so all we hear were waves. There was an issue with the door lock upon first arrival but it was quickly addressed with a phone call. The property owner was quick to respond and make sure we were good. Everything was neat and tidy. Beds and sofa were pretty comfortable. I would recommend an anti-slip shower mat for the master bathroom.

The best part of this property is the location. Perfect distance to many things to do and amazing view of the ocean. We also loved the pool on property However, it's kinda down hill from there. While the place looked clean....the smell was very off-putting. It just had a grimy, dingy smell, which I attributed to the very stale, stagnant air. And the couch. None of the windows open, and there is no central air. The air does NOT move. The only access to fresh air was through the slider which is fine, but without a screen to keep bugs out...it wasn't realistic to keep it open for too long. The manager was quick to bring us a fan to use, but unfortunately it really didn't help. Not to mention it was dusty. We kept ourselves busy so not to be stuck inside for long. Beds and everything else was just ok. I wouldn't stay in this particular condo again though.

It was a great stay! Every accommodation you’d expect from a full service hotel. The bedroom is in the back of the unit but if you want to sleep with an ocean view the sofa bed folds out. Walking distance to lots of shops and good food. The rest of Newport is a short drive. 10/10! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The view of the Pacific was wonderful. Flat was clean and suitably furnished. But do you really need a nine digit code for the keypad lock on the door? Precise pushing of the buttons made several tries necessary. And washer dryer are not in the unit. Ok but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Overall good stay, nice unit with all the needed dishes and seasonings for cooking, shower in master bath was great, the smaller bathroom could use a better shower head. Good cleanliness overall but I’d recommend leaving a scent spray in the unit for guests to use as the couch had a slight smell and the blanket that was left on the couch was dirty

Great property! Everything is clean and just as you see in pictures. The kitchen is well stocked and the view from the balcony cannot be beat! I had some trouble with the keyless entry pad (one number seems to short out periodically) but persistence pays off. I will be back! Condo is located in fabulous neighborhood and is within walking distance to fun stores and restaurants!
