it was a very beautiful place with a nice pool, sheets and a lot of towels, the bus station is really close and the beach too

the floor was not that clean, no broom to clean it, only two rolls of toilet paper, no big knifes to cut bread or sausage, first day got told strict rules, the security guides came to tell al of us the same thing, music that we played was so quiet but we still got told it was loud so no music is probably a better choice if u stay here

The position was good. The quality of the forniture was good, the pool was good too. Air conditioning was good, the parking was spacious.

The cleaning was disastrous, under the sofa bed there were remains of raisins from the previous guests. We weren't given a single rag, we didn't have a mop, we weren't changed the sponge to clean the dishes. I had to buy a rag and sponges of my own. At my request for a mop we were told twice that it would be brought, but it never came. No detergent whatsoever, the dish soap was almost finished. Hot water didn't work on the first day. In a 6-person apartment there was not enough cutlery (only 5 of each) and it was all the dishes and glasses were counted, the pan was very dirty. It took a lifetime to boil a pot of water on the stove. There were no sheets for the sofa bed and the pillows were very uncomfortable. People were noisy. The key lock of the entrance door of our apartment was broken, you could have entered easily with a kick or just by pushing really hard. The TV had no antenna cable so it was useless, the walls were stained by something, probably wine.

The location was handy. Views from the balcony were nice. The apartment itself was nice and spacious.

The staff were extremely unprofessional and caused us problems, the worst I’ve ever seen. The bathrooms had no locks and from one of the balconies you could see straight into the bathroom.

Big apartment so good for longer stays and only a 10 minute walk from the Centre, supermarket and restaurants.

check in and out times are not comfortable, but it’s because of cleaning so that’s okay. It was overall clean but the kitchen and facilities not really, especially the microwave was really dirty.

- the photo for the listing shows certain amenities like a microwave and coffee machine but we didn’t have those in our apartment - the bathrooms didn’t have any hand wash or hand soap and there was no washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets in the kitchen (despite having a dish washer) - would have been nice if those had been provided particularly as our stay was only 2 nights (so not worth purchasing full size hand wash etc) - not a complaint as such but we didn’t realise the €100 security deposit would need to be in cash - this could be made clearer on the listing so people come prepared with the cash
