Nice place by the beach, kept clean. However, random nomral amenities were not provided which I found odd, including hand soap and body soap/shampoo for the shower. Was not sure where the extra garbage bags or even the dishwasher soap was. I was not sure where all the "beach gear" was and host did not respond to my message. Overall, the place was well located, clean and can comfortably fit a family of four, and got the job done, so I would stay here agian.

Good location. It felt really gross to stay at this place. The condo definitely needed an update and a good clean up. Fridge didn’t work, everything was so dirty so we ended up eating out. People upstairs were extremely loud ALL night.

This is in a great location and is close to the beach and boardwalk. It’s a cute little house with a beautiful front porch. My largest complaint is the locks on the front and back doors of the apartment were non-functioning. The back sliding glass door requires a wooden rod to prevent unauthorized access and the door knob to the front door was broken and had tape over it. Also, I don’t feel that the listing properly describes this as a split level house with another unit above. Combine this with bad locks on the exterior doors, generally left myself and my family feeling unsafe. The bedrooms inside the apartment also lack locking doors. The place was not cleaned appropriately when we arrived. Of note, the bathroom shower had hair from the previous patron in it. The coffee maker still had coffee grounds in it. The outdoor trash was not removed prior to our arrival and made the entire outside area smell bad. The property manager seemed friendly and was responsive, however we did have to message them to receive check in directions as they were not provided through the app or through email. Overall, we had a nice stay and the location is great. I would strongly recommend the property manager to invest in new locks throughout the house and consider using a new cleaning service prior to having future occupants.

The location was nice, short walk to the beach. The listing was a little confusing, it said it was a second floor rental, but then had pictures of the first floor. ( the first floor was where rental actually was) It could of been cleaned a little better, but it was still a nice stay.
