What a beautiful place. Came with friends for a getaway and it was perfect. Unfortunately weather didn’t cooperate. Would love to have used the deck. Wish we could have used the fireplace. Kitchen was well stocked. Thanks for the coffee

We spent 3 days and 2 nights at this lovely property. It was pristine and secluded with a wonderful wrap around porch. Beautiful interior/exterior with all the amenities you could want or need! The king-size beds were comfortable and it was so quiet and peaceful! Just a few minutes from downtown Wimberly and some wonderful restaurants. Definitely a 5-star rental!

Beautiful site and well-maintained. Great location, moments from town, but very private.

Great place for 2 couples as each bedroom has its own ensuite. Plus a half bath in case of visitors. Views are gorgeous.

Great house with beautiful views. Very clean and just like the pictures. Close to everything The only concern I had was we had no communication from the property. I had to chase our check in information down and was told it was because of payment issues. However all payments had been made through VRBO automatically over a month prior to our stay. Not that this would have been an issue but I dinged the rating because no one from the property followed up with us to find out why we had a balance. When I had to work it out I was told "oh it just came through" payment was verified and made 2 months ago. Just left an annoying taste before we ever even got there.

Fantastic place to stay. Great view, super relaxing just the perfect spot for a get away weekend.

We had a wonderful time! The beds were very comfortable and the view was spectacular. Very close to town yet remote for peace and quiet. Definitely recommend!!!

I normally don’t write reviews (never remember), but this place was worth remembering! It’s the perfect setup for two couples or a family. Everything was in great condition. But the best part is the view! The photos do not do it justice. Also, it is very convenient to downtown Wimberly, maybe 5 minutes. Highly recommend this place!

This was a wonderful experience staying at the Star House. The house is beautiful and the view is amazing. Max was a great person to deal with. Hope to stay here again either in the fall or spring.
