Loved the new property , comfortable beds . Check in took a bit as we had to wait for the person at the desk to get back from a break , over all great place to stay !

Le breakfast : le bagel au saumon n'était pas assemblé, j'ai dû le faire moi même.

Bel hôtel moderne près de Lake Placid en auto. Pres de sentiers à pied. Chambre confortable, propre et moderne. Lieu proche de sentiers en montagne et calme.

La Piscine était malpropre, cheveux, et autre matière humaine qui flottait.. aucune surveillance meme ni aucune caméra.. Dangereux. Les enfants etaient tres bruyans et et se chicanait dans l’eau sans surveillance. La piscine est TRÈS ÉCHO. Il y avait un excrement de chien dans un corridor. Les chambres ne sont pas nettoyées chaque jour sauf si demandé 24h minimum à l'avance... décision cheap. La première chambre offerte avait vue sur une roche et le derrière du stationnement alors que j’avais fait la demande d’une belle vue. Le personnel n'est pas très sympathique. Dernier jour : aucun internet ou électricité, j’ai dû prendre une douche froide!

It would be nice to have more cream and sugar for coffee in the mornings. You can hear when people run down the halls.

the pool was nice, my boys enjoyed it. Parking was good, close to room

we booked a quadruple room , 2 queen beds and bunk beds but got a small room with just 2 double beds. was told there was nothing they could do that night, we were a bit uncomfortable. the next morning we were moved to adjoining rooms and very happy.

The gym and pool were great, location was good, the room was comfortable.

What was disappointing that despite how quiet the hotel was; customer service was mixed to say the least. Everyone seemed to be on a permanent shift, the reception desk often seemed to alternate as a dining room table. There was a lack of knowledge regarding trails or even places to eat. I found out more about the staff than anyone found out about me. Also it appears that very few staff members are completely happy in their work.

It’s beautiful and a great location!

A handful of small things that to me are major in a hotel stay. The pool states it’s heated but it was extremely cold. The shower water also does not get very hot at all. I asked for new towels in the morning and by 7pm never got them so I had to go down and get some myself.

Breakfast was delicious. Front desk staff was hit or miss. Manager of property was wonderful.

Couch and chair in room were very stiff
