Everything was great! This property housed a large family and was spaced out nicely. The game room in the basement was excellent for the kids. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice getaway!

We stayed here last year. We love staying here. It is nice and spacious for our family. They even left up Christmas decorations for our Christmas in January

The house was beautiful. Plenty of room for the whole family. Any time I communicated with the owner, I got a reply immediately. There were a couple of things missing in the house that we needed and when asked about them it was taken care of very quickly! That speaks volumes!!

The house was huge. Great place To stay.

We had 11 people from 3 families with each having bathroom and comfortable bed. The place has received wear as two toilet seats were broke, air hockey almost unplayable, and the cleaners needed to do a better job. The owner is very responsive and attentive. It provided what we needed. Is in a very nice location close to Branson.

This was a great place to get together. We had 4 families with kids aging from 1-10 and this home had plenty of space for all of us. The neighborhood pool was perfect. We loved it.

This property is a short distance from Branson, small neighborhood with club house and zero entry pools. The house is large and has a perfect open floor living room, dinning and kitchen. The two screened in porches allowed the adults and teens to have relaxing spaces to enjoy the evenings. The hot tub was clean and bbq ready to go! Definitely enjoyed having enough space to spend time with grandparents, siblings and cousins!

We were very pleased with property. Host was very accommodating. Location is good, close to pool and club house, close to lake, small convenience store down road by lake. The gym in club house could use some more equipment. Pool was very nice. We would stay there again.

This was a great property for two families with children to stay. It’s close to Branson, Table Rock Lake, the community pool, and there’s plenty of room to spread out with 2 separate master suites and a large area downstairs for entertaining the kids. I’d highly recommend this property for large family/friend groups.

Very nice accommodations but could have been cleaner. With a crawler and toddler, we learned very quickly that the floors were not clean. Other than that, we were very comfortable.

We had a great time getting together with family who live within driving distance of the rental property. It was enough space for us to get together, close enough for us to go into town and visit Silver Dollar City and go play mini golf. Great trip for family fun.

My family stayed for 5 days and was great. Property owner was so nice and was there within 5 min when I thought something was wrong. House is great for families and extended families! Air hockey and fusball kept the kids busy for hours.

Perfect spot for a family vacation in Branson!

Beautiful house! Lots of space with everything you need. We really enjoyed the large kitchen table that was perfect for playing games with our group! We also enjoyed the awesome hot tub and comfortable king size beds! Would definitely stay again!

Overall it was a great property. Several spots in the house were pretty dusty as well as the basement had some left over chips/food from the previous renters. That being said, I would recommend this property for everyone but specifically with families with children. The game area downstairs was a huge hit. The air hockey table is a bit dated and it seems that the airflow isn't enough to move the puck at some places. The only real advice that I have for the oweners/managers, please install a back porch light. Someone fell going out the backdoor down the step because there was no light.

Several of my friends from different states came together this past weekend. Once we arrived, I truly LOVED the coziness of the home. I enjoyed all the options of the bedrooms, bathrooms, but most importably the hot tub lol We all looked forward to that. We came together to watch a training and have fellowship time. Once we were there, we did notice certain things, but realized with Covid and everything on back order, its all about grace. For instance, yes the shower downstairs was still cracked. The hot tub cover was being repaired. And some of the dishes were not fully cleaned. But it hit all areas we needed for the weekend. We wanted to come to a home that gave us rest. And this home did just that. We understand things are being repaired and excited to possibly use this home again in the future. Thank you for allowing us to stay. I would only recommend adding pads to the beds for the ones that want a softer bed. (these can be kept in the closet if someone wanted a softer bed) Thank you again!

Very easy

Location is great. Large house accommodated our family well. Listing showed enough kitchen table seating for everyone but they have removed one of the tables so not enough seating. House needs a good cleaning. Found a dirty coffee cup in one of the rooms, some crackers and trash on floor, etc. Overall a decent place that met our needs. The washer and dryer and hot tub were nice additions. Overall a good stay, but house could use some upkeep and cleaning.

Good location, good floor plan for family with adult children and grandchildren. There were a few things we rated okay instead of good or excellent, cleanliness was one because when one of the jetted tubs ( the others weren’t used so I don’t know about all) was filled and jets turned on mold filled the water. There were cobwebs in two of the bathrooms. Shower in lower level had a poorly patched crack in it. The mattresses were all very firm but the one in lower level bedroom was honestly like plywood. We were there for5 nights, all but on night we did not have neighbors, but on that one night they were in their hot tub, with music playing loudly and them trying to talk over music until 12:30 when Sheriff shut them down. Noise travels easily in this neighborhood due to closeness of houses. It was an enjoyable stay overall.

We had a great time. There was something to do for everyone. Air hockey , Jacuzzi, plenty of tv's to watch and lots of games to play. Kitchen was well stocked and plenty of sleeping space. It was decorated very pretty for Christmas.

This is a beautiful home that is situated in a very nice, well-kept private area. It more than exceeded our family’s expectations! Home was clean and comfortable and the owner’s communions was superb!

We visited this property for a girls weekend. The house is in a great neighborhood and easy to access nearby Branson attractions. We ran into some issues but the host was wonderful and quick to resolve the situation. The amenities in the house were above expectations and the AC worked great for an unseasonably warm weekend.

We absolutely could not have picked a better place to stay. Very clean, roomy, all the comforts of home. We didn’t even realize how much we could have left at home. In the pantry: salt, pepper, coffee & filters, sugar, honey, all kinds of spices etc… Attractions, and restaurant’s we’re 15-20mins away. And chech in & out was a breeze. There were a few minor issues, but not enough that would keep us from going back. Host was quick to answer, when we sent a message. Evansville, IN family.

We loved our stay here. There was plenty of room. The hot tub was amazing and having the pool nearby was a treat for our kids.

The location was in the perfect spot for the activities our group was interested in. There is a great pool, playground and clubhouse available to us at any time. The house was spacious and the hot tub was an added bonus.

The owners are very prompt & courteous! We had a great stay as everything was well kept & any questions were always answered quickly.
