Great place and very clean. Easy access to the owner if you need anything. Near Route 1 (food, restaurants, etc) with easy trip to the ocean.

I was the trip planner for my family of 4, and another family of four, for a total of 5 teenagers (two girls and 3 boys), two moms, and myself. We are both middle-class families so value is what I look for when traveling, and when seeking lodging in a convenient place that will host 8 people from two different families, it can be challenging. This property was just the ticket for our 4 day ski vacation to Summit County. Jeanne is a very responsive and pleasant host (only talked with her via VRBO chat). The building this unit is in is dated, but it is well maintained and the unit itself is very well kept, clean, and tidy. Jeanne has included a bowl of snacks for her guests, and a well apportioned kitchen. The two bed bedroom accommodated our friend and her three children, my wife and I were comfortable in the master bedroom, and our two kids slept comfortably in the loft. One of the kids could have slept on the couch if need be. When we were there the hot-tub and pool in the unit we were in was broken, but we were able to use the hot-tub in the unit across the parking lot from ours. It is not a big hot-tub, so be prepared that you may not be able to use it exactly when you want to. Overall for a middle class budget conscious pair of families this property was a perfect fit of convenience in Silverthorne (approximately 30 minutes or less to any of the Summit County ski areas), comfort, and value.

Fantastic Condo in a great location. Was super quiet on the top floor. Suited our family of four with two teenage sons perfectly. The host, Jeanne was very responsive and provided excellent communication.

We had a great experience at this property! Well stocked and appointed, very comfortable and a perfect location. This property is even nicer than the pictures and the views are amazing. Property owners were very responsive and accommodating. We can’t wait to come back!

Our family (2 adults, 13 yo, 10 yr and 8 yo) felt right at home! The condo was well appointed with a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, comfy beds, cozy fireplace and easy parking. Jeanne was a wonderful hostess and kept us up to date on check-in, check-out and other condo policies well in advance. Vail, BC, Breck and Keystone were all within easy travel distance for amazing skiing! The condo is situated near City Market, Walgreens and many eateries. We would highly recommend this condo for a family vacation and would love to stay here again!

We had a great stay in the condo. It was a perfect location for our ski trip - clean, peaceful & relaxing- accommodated 5 people easily. Fully furnished with everything what we needed. Great host - quick and friendly communication. We’d definitely stay here again!

Awesome place! Clean, beds were comfy, owner was quick to respond, loft was great perk of condo. Fireplace and wood provided were just perfect. View from the balcony was excellent. Would certainly stay again.

Jeanne's place is excellent! Great views. Very spacious. Upper loft was never even used. Kitchen well equipped. Pool and hot tub were nice. Common room with pool table was great too. Elevator super convient with all the ski bags. We would like to stay again next November.

My wife and I rented the unit for the month of July and had a wonderful experience. The condo was extremely comfortable and well stocked with everything that we could have wanted during our stay. Although the unit is not air conditioned there are ceiling fans as well as multiple other fans which kept the condo very comfortable on the hottest days during our stay . Jeanne is an outstanding host . She was easy to contact and responded promptly when we had questions during our stay . She also provided information on the local restaurants and stores which we found to be quite helpful. We highly recommend Jeanne ‘s condo and hope to return next year.

We have been vacationing in Summit county for years, and this is one of the nicest condos we have found. The loft and cathedral ceiling give this place a spacious, airy feel. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen appliances were in fairly new. Everything was very clean and in good condition. I would definitely like to stay here again.

We stayed at this condo with our family and friends. The location was excellent, and the surroundings were beautiful. The unit was stocked very well with kitchen staples and household products. The pool and hot tub were very enjoyable as well.

Very comfortable, homey condo - very well provisioned and Jeannie is very responsive and helpful. The only recommendation is to include information about how guests can take any recycling to the Silverthorne recycling center.

We had 6 adults fly out for skiing and throughly enjoyed this property. Wifi was great and reliable, chromecast on the tv for evening socialization. The kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, etc. were all very clean and well stocked. There is also pool, hot tub, and sauna in building and the adjacent building if it fills up. Great place to stay if you are looking for a party of 6 or less to sleep very comfortably. We would definitely stay again and would recommend!

We stayed here for a ski weekend, and the location was great. Jeanne was super responsive the entire time. Many lovely amenities and snacks. The place could use some updating - the furniture is well worn and very dark, and the master bath wasn't entirely clean. Besides that it was a pleasant experience.

Perfect location for us. Boarded at Breck and Keystone. Located right in between both resorts. Owner was a delight to work with. Immediate communication. Fantastic condo. Will definitely be staying here again!

We really enjoyed our stayed. Jeanne’s place was so welcoming making it feels like home sweet home. It was wonderfully furnished headquarters with excellent well stocked kitchen and bathroom amenities. Awesome place, very clean, spacious as well as great location. Highly recommend and will stay again when in town.

Jeanne is an amazing host. Her condo is very, very nice! She provides everything for her guests. And when I say everything, I mean everything you might forget to bring with you e.g. reading glasses :-). We felt like we are at home due to how cozy, warm, and comfortable the place is. I love how easy Jeanne's instructions were, including some short notes here and there on how to operate fan or tv. This is one of the best short term rentals so far. Thank you Jeanne!

Very good stay

Came here with some friends to go skiing at Breck and Vail. Space was a little small for 8 of us and the building is a bit dated. We also had difficulties with getting the dishwasher to work properly. I however enjoyed the coverage of basic toiletries and food items. It was a good place for the money. 4/5

We had such a great stay at this property. While the building is a little older, the condo has been updated and is very well maintained. There were so many personal touches that made it perfect for our family! The host stocks the condo with high quality soaps and lotions, and it was even decorate for Christmas, which made us so happy! Highly recommend!

Perfect for our trip. Close to Vail, Copper Mtn, and Keystone. Plenty of room with comfortable beds. There were 4 in our group, but there was room for a larger party. Everything was very clean.

Great place to stay! Close to many ski resorts. The kitchen was fully stocked and the condo was very clean. Definitely recommend if you want to stay in Silverthorne!

The location was perfect, and we were very impressed with Jeanne’s communication and attention to detail. The space was great for our family, the pool location was a plus and we couldn’t have asked for anything more.

We enjoyed our stay as it was a return to a place we had been often in the past.
