We could not love this property or the host more! Everything in the home is so well done from the decor to the beds, which are very comfortable. This is our favorite place to stay when visiting Waco. Can't wait for our next stay in this amazing property.

We had a girl cousin reunion at this home and we can not sing it's praises highly enough. It is spacious, beautifully decorated, super clean, the check in process was just as the owner stated it would be and she left us very clear, specific information about everything we needed. Location is fantastic, especially if you are on a "Magnolia" trip. The one thing I would caution others about is that the front and back steps have no railings and the back steps are pretty steep. We had some older folks with mobility issues in our group and the steps did prove to be a little challenging but everything else was so great that we would absolutely stay there again if we were to ever return to Waco. clean,

4 bedroom and 2 1/2 Bath - perfect for the family. Also, a great kitchen! Walking distance to Magnolia and Dr Pepper Museum! Best place ever!

This house has ample room for multiple guests, is very clean and has a great kitchen. The backyard is private and great for pups! Conveniently located to the Silos! Definitely recommend!

This property was in excellent condition and checking in was a breeze!!! Although the neighborhood was a little questionable, I would stay here time and time again!!

We reserved this property for one of the Baylor home games. The property was amazing. The decorations we so beautiful. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. I could not recommend this property enough, although I hate to, since that may mean it gets all booked out when we may want it again. 😊 The property manager was very attentive and helpful. We were very appreciative that she shared this wonderful space with us. Would highly recommend, and we cannot wait to make another trip back to Waco to stay in this great home.

One of our family’s favorite stays! Home had plenty of room with many thoughtful details. We loved the hot tub and the back porch. I imagine this is a perfect stay for a girls’ trip, but my husband and three boys enjoyed themselves too. We always appreciate a deck of cards or a board game or two in our rentals, but it was a perfect stay. Thank you for your hospitality!

Accurate listing and owner was super responsive. Transitional area so it is a patchwork of new & old. The driveway extends inside the locked gate to the large back yard.

What a beautiful home within walking distance of the Silos and downtown shopping. Loved that the home is surrounded by a privacy fence. We felt secure and immensely enjoyed the hot tub. Would book again.

What a great VRBO for a Girl’s Trip! The six of us shared this four bedroom / two and a half bath home for three nights. It was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Everyone slept well. This home was centrally located and an easy ten-minute walk to Magnolia Market. This location was a little sketchy, however we felt safe as long as we were together. We were able to pull our two rental cars through the gate and keep them locked up at night. This lovely home was supplied with everything we needed. There were extra towels and bedding. This kitchen had all the dishes, utensils, etc. that were needed. The coffee maker did not work (I think the previous people may have thrown out the filter basket), however the owner had a new coffee maker to us within hours. That backyard was lovely. It had a cute sitting area and relaxing jacuzziing. I highly recommend this VRBO.

It was a treat to stay in this home for a long weekend! Beautiful decor and many thoughtful elements. Location is very convenient to downtown and Baylor. Comfortable stay for our group of 7. Owner was accessible and helpful. I highly recommend Mint Maven house for a stay in Waco.

This is a beautiful home! The beds and pillows were like sleeping on clouds. The decor was stunning and had us question if Jo Gaines may have played a part in decorating. We loved it so much we took pictures and trying to purchase and recreate in our own homes. There is a gate to pull your car behind and have it secured overnight but it’s a tight fit. We had a mid size SUV and it was super tight getting it behind the gate. The house is just down the street from many fast food places and just a couple blocks from the Silos. We would totally stay here again!

The property is beautiful. But the neighborhood is sketchy. This was for a bachelorette party. I (mom) went to bed while the others stayed up and did different activities. The bride and friends are in their 20’s. They ended up getting scared and slept in 1 room. This was because you could see inside the windows. Even with curtains.

This cute house is located right downtown...very quick and easy drive to downtown restaurants and shopping. There was ample space for sleeping, eating, and cooking for our group of 10. Adjacent and across from the house is ok. There may be some other areas of the street or neighborhood that perhaps are not the best, but parking is provided inside a locked fence for vehicles. Therefore, we never felt unsafe. Both the front and back entrances include a small set of stairs. Both a front and back patio added extra space for sitting and chatting.

Everything is 5 stars except the location and I hate that I even have to give it a 4 star but I just want others to understand before going. The street is rough. I'm grateful I didn't have my kids with me. The host and house are amazing and they did a great job of securing the house but the street that the house is on is not the safest.

This was a great property that fit our needs - small family reunion was great. The home was immaculate and all details were in place. The hot tub was a great addition.
