We had a great time at this house. Awesome location close to attractions and National Park but still in a quiet neighborhood. We saw deer quite a few times. All of our questions were answered immediately. Perfect house for my family and small dog.

Our family of 8 fit comfortably in this home. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood/resort it is in has lots of activities if desired. We had a great stay. Thanks!!

This property is comfortable, clean and well equipped. Our host went above and beyond when we expressed concern about air quality because of recent forest fires. He went to the rental and installed a HIPPA filter to eliminate any smoke before our arrival and sent us reports on location of fires and percent under control. Rain also helped clear the air. We enjoyed a hike in the Shenandoah Mts, and went to the petting farm. The boys went to the water park while the girls enjoyed the arboretum and photographing wildflowers. In the evening there was a small pool table, darts and a basketball “arcade” to enjoy. All in all, everyone had fun.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy home within the Massanutten Resort. The house was clean and comfortable for our family of 5 adults and 1 young boy. The owners made us feel very welcome with snacks, bowls for our little doggo, coffees, towels, and soaps in the shower. Included were toilet paper and paper towels. The kitchen is nicely equipped, the beds are super comfy and check-in was a breeze! The owner was extremely responsive, but to be honest, we didn't have to contact him much. Everything went according to plan. Not far from the ski lodge, we had a great ski weekend and would definitely stay here again!

We spent the best weekend here with friends. 4 adults/4 kids + dog. House is exactly as described and spotless!! Well equipped bathrooms and kitchen- always a nice touch. The kids loved the playroom downstairs and all the toys/games. Duane was very quick to respond and flexible. Absolutely will stay here again when we come back to Massanutten!

This home was perfect for 4 adults and 4 children. The beds were comfy, there were plenty of amenities provided and the home was clean. It was also nice to not have a mile long to do list for check out. Very conveniently located near the slopes. Overall we definitely would stay here again!

This place is nice and clean. Our family had a quiet and relaxed time. It is very close to everywhere, ski, water park etc. the owner is very helpful in fixing any problems that we have. We will definitely come back for our next winter and summer break.

The host is very thoughtful. Leaving water and food bowls out for our dogs. Along with play and chew toys. Pups were very comfortable and welcome there
There was a welcome sign and gift basket for my family to enjoy. And the house was just across the street from my family who live there
Had a minor issue with the thermostat and the host took immediate action and also offered us a few alternatives until the problem was fixed. He was so great about it and such a pleasure to deal with
We will definitely try to stay here again on our next visit

Duane answered my questions within minutes. When we arrived there was a cute welcome sign with snacks! Dog toys for the fur baby! We really enjoyed staying here!

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy mountain home. It was clean, safe, and comfortable and had everything we needed for a weekend with two busy babies under 2. The host already had a travel crib set up in the primary bedroom for us when we arrived, and provided us with thoughtful snacks and farm-fresh eggs! Check in and access were easy, and the host was accessible by text as needed. We saw a variety of wildlife out and about in the neighborhood to everyone's delight. Convenient to Massanutten, CrossKeys, Harrisonburg with groceries (Food Lion) 10 minutes away. The queen size bed was firmer than we like, and the walls were thin (easy to hear babies crying), but we would absolutely stay here again!

This property was very clean and comfortable. Had all the amenities we needed for our weekend getaway. Ease of access both to the house and the security also. Serene area and quiet while watching the wildlife off the back deck. Owner was super helpful and quick and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this property if staying in or around the Massanutten Reaort area.

After a long drive it was great to come into such a clean and peaceful place to stay. We appreciated the restaurant recommendations and thoughtful touches. Slept great and hope to be able to stay again.

The house was as listed, but we enjoyed it even more. It was clean, cozy, and tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac. We loved seeing deer in the yard in the mornings. There are plenty of games to keep kids entertained, a smart tv in the living room, and a good amount of information about the surrounding area on the counter when you check in. We would definitely stay here again.

There are so many wonderful things I can say about our stay. I have stayed at many rental homes in the past but this one has by far been the best, and it truly felt like home! The hosts were kind and welcoming. The home was very clean and the neighborhood was beautiful. (Perfect for evening walks) Having to move my daughter into JMU was not easy but being able to have a weekend together with our family made it special. Highly recommend the Red Fox Den, we will be back again!
