Came for a Seattle activity-filled weekend and this place was perfect for us. Great king size bed, all the kitchen utensils were in perfect working order. Very clean and cozy! Robin was easy to talk to and answered all questions and was very welcoming. We can’t wait to stay again!

We spent three nights here during a family visit and found the apartment to be spacious, clean, and conveniently located for visits to Discovery Park and the Chittenden locks. The kitchen had what was needed for simple meal preparation, and the Asian-styled backyard offered a pleasant sitting area out of the rain. There was another couple staying upstairs but we didn't hear them. The dead-end street meant there was little traffic, although a bus line is just a block away. All in all a good deal for those needing a comfortable place in the Magnolia area.

We stayed here for a week and it was great! Host was very communicative about the property through text and checked if we needed anything about halfway into our stay. Everything was clean and tidy with plenty of things to cook to save money. Neighborhood was so nice and easy to go on walks whenever. Would stay here again.

Had a great stay for two nights at this lovely apartment. It was cool even though hot outside, the bed was very comfortable and had all the amenities! I loved the area and felt like an oasis in a big city. Robin was very responsive and friendly!

We loved staying in the Magnolia neighborhood, and this place was an excellent home base for the weekend. you are within 5 or 10 minutes of Magnolia, Ballard, and Queen Anne shops and restaurants, not to mention Discovery Park. Would definitely stay here again.

We found the Lawton Park property very pleasant. The host---Robin---was very accessible by text and very helpful. The property was clean and in a lovely neighborhood. We enjoyed walking down to the village (about a mile) for pastries and gelato. Parking was available. We will stay again.

The accommodations were fantastic, full-size kitchen, king size bed that was very comfortable. The surrounding garden and yard area was very conducive to having a nice quiet morning with your favorite coffee or tea or a quiet evening with your favorite beverage sitting out on the porch. The hosts were very accommodating and very mindful of your comfort and needs. Tghis is now our go to place.

My husband and I happily found this place after our first selection, a house, experienced frozen pipes during Seattle's freezing week this January. The reviews on this apartment were excellent, so we booked it. Right away the owner made sure we were comfortable with the place and even allowed us entry through a door that did not require multiple steps. We are both seniors and were traveling for a funeral. Every effort was made by Robin to make sure we were comfortable. We cannot say enough good about the hosts and their impeccably clean apartment with all we needed and a super comfortable king sized bed.

Everything about this stay, from check-in/out to the accommodations to the location, were as good as (or better than) advertised. The check-in/out went smoothly, the space is big and nicely laid out, and the furniture and bed are first rate.
Even though it's in the basement of a house, I didn't hear a lot of noises from upstairs. And because it's on a quiet (dead-end) street in a quiet neighborhood, I didn't hear any traffic or other noise from the outside.
The host was very helpful and responsive to my questions.
I'd recommend this without any reservations, especially at this price.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. The apartment is spacious and the bed very comfortable. The hosts went above and beyond to be sure that my husband, who is handicapped, was accommodated. Neighborhood is quiet. Kitchen is well stocked. We will be sure to return here on our next stay in Seattle.
