We enjoyed our time in Seabrook. The home was great for our family of 5. The home was clean, well stocked, and included all the extras we were looking for (bikes, games, etc). We would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay on Seabrook Island.

My family had a great time on Seabrook Island during our kids’ spring break. The house was perfect and in a great location - close to the beach, several restaurants and a nice grocery store. The neighborhood is so peaceful and beautiful. We all enjoyed taking walks and runs on the tree canopied streets. The house was perfect for our family and gave us plenty of room to spread out, but also had enough seating in the common areas for us to all be together. Thanks for the hospitality!

A great cozy getaway for a cold weekend in January. Everything was exceptionally clean and just as described in the listing. We stay in warmer weather to enjoy the large screen porch with beautiful view.

Super cute neighborhood and home. The bikes were a fabulous amenity. However, the two televisions did not appear to work at all and there was no trash bag in the kitchen trash nor could we find one on property. Otherwise a good stay.

I have to start by saying that the owner Amy was extremely responsive and friendly. The house was clean and the entry process was seamless. This was our second time visiting Seabrook Island and it was a pleasurable one. Specific to the house, the upstairs area was perfect for our kidddos and they thought it was so cool to have a fun room to bunk together in. Though the common area of the house is on the small side, the screened black porch made up for the indoor living space allowing our family to relax together with plenty of seating while able to enjoy all the sounds of the outdoors. We are already looking forward to returning next year!

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We did think that it would be closer to the beach, however. Once we got the lay of the land, we were able to get to where we needed without trouble. We would recommend having beach towels in the cottage. We would have like one more bike. We had a family of five and there were four bikes. These are small issues. The size of the cottage was perfect, we had plenty of space and beds. We enjoyed the screened in porch for coffee in the morning. We would definitely return for another stay!

Had an amazing experience staying here. It was our first time on Seabrook with our 4 year old and 2 year old and this house was amazing. It was fairly cold while we were there so we had to stay inside a lot and we loved every second of it. Amy set up a kids room upstairs with 4 beds, books and a tv and the kids had a blast. She had crayons and a coloring book as a gift for the kids which they loved. There were awesome board games for adults and kids so we had a blast. They have an awesome kitchen with a keurig and tons of coffee, the fridge was new and clean, and having a washer and dryer was a huge plus. Amy texted me to make sure our trip was awesome and to see if we needed anything. She was very responsive, accommodating and helpful when trying to figure out what to do on the island. All in all 5/5 stars for the house and owner. We will be back in the summer and will absolutely stay here. The price is extremely reasonable and we loved it. Thanks Amy!

Seabrook Island is a gem. We enjoyed walking on the beach, riding through the neighborhood , and relaxing on the covered deck. The property was well maintained and spacious enough for our small family. We’d definitely return.

Stayed 5 nights. The cottage is great, has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. We loved having access to the bicycles and the beach chairs. The screened in porch was amazing to be able to sit outside without any interference from bugs. The neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing, 5 min drive to the beach and an easy cycle to the club house. The owners are wonderful and super responsive. I definitely recommend and would book this property again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The well stocked kitchen was a huge plus! The kids absolutely loved the loft/kids zone. We will be back!
