My girlfriends and I had a wonderful experience. The hosts of this cabin have taken great care to ensure that every need is met for guests. There are countless amenities ghat make you feel welcome and at home. This will now be an annual experience for me.

We had a fabulous time at the Summit View house. There was plenty of space for 3 couples to sleep comfortably which was important to us. The house is fully stocked with any kitchen appliance and condiments you could want which made it very easy and convenient to cook without having to buy random, small items from the grocery store. The property was clean and you could tell there was a sense of pride in their ownership.

We rented the same house last year at the same time. Both for our daughter’s wedding. The only problem with this property was that it has not been cleaned. Although we were there early (with permission) the home was not even cleaned by the time of the regular check in. We had to wait around quite a while.

Nice house, but the furniture is very outdated. The beds are the worst. The bedding is extremely out dated as well as the pillows. I have seen better furniture at a super 8 motel in the 80's. A full size bed is okay for a child but unacceptable for adults. Game room furniture very old. The driveway will tear your vehicle up. Huge holes and not maintained. Fireplace needs repair, not very safe to operate.

This is a beautiful property and home. My rating is somewhat impacted by a few observations that can be easily corrected. The home had a few "maintenance" type issues---maybe from lack of recent TLC that all homes require. Rental Group was very responsive to the assistance we needed.
