This 2 bedroom condo was a very comfortable space for me and a colleague. We were in Columbia to run a summer program for teens and we appreciated the space to spread out and work. The bedrooms and 2 baths gave us each our own space. Minimal supplies were provided so we had to "borrow" TP, cleaning supplies, and trash bags from a colleague.

Cozy. Not fancy, but totally functional for our needs. Would have been sweet to have a few more bath towels and wash cloths for our 4 day stay, but we made do with what we had. Pretty convenient to everywhere we needed to go for this celebratory weekend.

Close to zoo and botanical gardens. Short drive to downtown Columbia, yet quiet and away from crowds. Comfortable rental with generously sized rooms and updated appliances. We appreciated that the owner/manager checked in with us via email several times to answer any questions we had (and responded promptly). Would definitely seek to re-book (if available) the next time we visit Columbia.

We enjoyed our stay! The host was very prompt and thorough in his communications and the property was nice and quiet and had everything we needed. The selection of pots and pans to cook with was maybe a little slim, but it was made up for by having a few extras like ziploc bags, foil, etc. that came in handy. Overall it was a great stay, and we would definitely stay here again!

We came to visit our son for a long weekend who attends UofSC. The condo was exactly as described and immensely clean and clean smelling as you walked in the door. Communication with host was excellent. We did not use pool since it was February. Complex was very quiet and a short 10 minute drive from campus. TV Wi-Fi etc all worked perfectly. Would definitely stay here again.

Communication from owner was speedy, accurate, helpful. There were no surprises. Would stay here again for sure if / when I return to Columbia.

The property is well maintained. Very clean and all the comforts of home! The host is extremely wonderful to work with! This is why i will never stay in a chain hotel again! Thank you for spoiling us!

Great place clean and updated. There was a small issue with the beds and they immediately replaced/repaired them with new ones! Now that's great customer service! Host Robert was wonderful and very responsive. The place is well maintained and everything is in great working condition and very clean and cozy. We were in town for a conference and this was the perfect place to stay!

This property is a Gem!! I have stayed a few other properties that only leave the require minimum of items. This place had shampoo, conditioner, coffee with filters. Extra trash bags, detergent for the dishwasher and detergent in a bottle along with a new sponge. The balcony was a great place to drink your coffee in the morning. The place was very quiet and what was really nice is it was at the corner of the building so you only had people on one side of you. Parking was right up front to where the apartment is located. The owner of the place stayed in communication with us from the beginning to the end. If anybody's thinking about coming to see their kid graduate from boot camp like we did I highly recommend this is the place to rent. Thanks again Robert.
