I can only give 5 stars but this property deserves more. Cozy, clean, modern, well supplied cabin, with small private beach and outdoor pavilion. Good location. Very private. Highly recommend for couples or small family.

Cottage was beautiful with an amazing view of the lake. Our hosts were wonderful and very accommodating. Wish our stay was longer we enjoyed it so much. Would definitely go back.

This lakeside cottage is a beautiful peaceful spot to get away. The house is well furnished and supplied and we loved that they welcomed our two dogs. The location is amazing with so many great hiking trails and waterfalls in easy driving distance. Or just sit on the deck and enjoy the view. We are looking forward to coming back!

We had a wonderful stay. The cottage was attractive and clean. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the porch. Our dog enjoyed exploring the woods.

Beautiful and peaceful location on lake Keowee. The cottage is tucked in a cove and is backed up to woods. Lovely place to stay to get away from the hustle and bustle of life!

We loved the long, private driveway down to the house. It is painted to blend in with the woods and not compete with the surrounding, natural beauty. Once inside, it’s open and smells so clean. The house was immaculate and the view from the porch was the perfect place to wake up with coffee or wind down with a cocktail. The beds were comfortable and the owners thought of all the details to make you feel right at home. We have stayed in many homes over the years and this home was the most thoughtfully stocked and the cleanest. Mike and Maggie are also prompt communicators and we were lucky enough to meet Mike in person. He is so kind. If you are visiting this area, you will not be disappointed in this gem in Lake Keowee.

This was our first VRBO experience, and it was beyond our expectations. The property was quiet, clean, and beautiful. My daughter and our dog loved the outdoor space. We hope to return anytime we are in the area!

The location is perfect. Just minutes to a boat ramp to launch in Lake Keowee or 30 mins to launch in Lake Jocassee. 20 mins to Seneca which is just a perfect mix of causal dining or fine dining. The cabin was just perfect. We had no worries about parking our boat trailer access in and out was great. We really enjoyed the porch area that overlooked the lake. Or the pavilion was a perfect area to sit relax and enjoy the nature. Mike and Maggie were the perfect host. We will return to the area and will book the cabin again.

The stay was fantastic. The cottage and all of its amenities were top notch. Everything was taterully decorated and well thought out. The setting was private, secluded and a piece of heaven. I couldn't recommend the venue more.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while working away from home and family for a week. Clean and well-appointed cottage right on the lake. Beautiful property with plenty of space and parking. Hope to come back with the family, dog, and boat for a vacation week soon.

My husband and I stayed at the Keowee Cottage for a long weekend getaway. We brought the boat and our dogs and had such an amazing time! The owners, Mike and Maggie, went above and beyond to make sure that we enjoyed our stay. The cottage itself is absolutely gorgeous and extremely clean. It looks like it was just built yesterday with so much attention to detail. We were greeted with a cute welcome basket that included all of the essentials. it was such a nice touch and just shows how thoughtful and generous Mike and Maggie are. They also have a pavilion space with a huge bar, tv and grill for entertaining. We enjoyed cooking steaks and watching the braves there! The surrounding property is also beautiful. I could keep going and would give this rental 6 stars if I could! We will absolutely be back! I would HIGHLY recommend this home for anyone looking to stay on or around lake Keowee!
