I enjoy staying at this property because of the location and staff. I did have to have maintenance come to the room to fix the toilet ( Probably due to the recent storm and amount of rainfall); but Chris was efficient and took care of the issue in a timely manner. Drinks at the bar are a bonus and the snacks are worth trying. The staff was very friendly and accommodating as always.

We had an amazing stay. We walked to downtown Gainesville and had so much fun. The hotel is spacious the beds are very comfortable. We loved everything about the hotel and will be back.

The hotel is new and in great condition. I was disappointed in the fact that parking was not included. The hotel also does not provide complimentary breakfast. I made my reservation through Expedia including daily breakfast. When the computers went down , the management could not figure out how to honor the vouchers I paid for and I had to go back to Expedia to get a refund. The management had no plan B after 2days. The staff did the best they could under the circumstances. I felt they had been left to deal with problems that management should have handled.

Nice quiet property. We enjoyed the firepit in the courtyard and the hotel bartender was very nice. The carpet in our room was soaking wet. They must have just washed the carpets and it was uncomfortable to walk around the room and smelled a bit musty.

We’re a local couple that needed last minute place due to ac going out. We only stayed one night but I love the hidden fridge, microwave and coffee maker so we cut have snacks or other foods to cut our eating out costs. Beds were comfortable room was quiet and loved the motion activated night light for the nighttime trips to the bathroom.

The hotel was well kept up, it is newer which was nice as well. It's right off the road so it's easy to get into and out of. It's also walkable as it's part of historic downtown Gainesville which allows you easy access to great food, drinks and entertainment. The courtyard is well laid out, large and a great place to relax or play a game of cornhole.

They said that you could in the restaurant breakfast free and they were open for lunch and dinner they lied you had to pay for your breakfast but no lunch or dinner was available so either you get a Uber or walk for lunch and dinner I probably never want to stay there or recommend it to anybody else

Kind of a unique setup where the check-in desk is not on the ground floor. On site off-street, covered parking was a very nice perk. On-site bar and kitchen was a nice option for a meal and adult beverages without the drive home. If someone just wouldn't have been smoking in the hallway and tripping the fire alarm at 1:15AM, it would have been perfect.

Everything was perfect- Except street noise kept me up all night! Sounded like I was sleeping on a sidewalk.

Well the bed closets to the bathroom has a dip on the left side of bed where most people sleep. The elevator took 15 minutes per trip up or down 15 minutes so i spent 1hr 15 minutes riding it.

Fantastic property. Nice and new. Gym was very well equipped with free weights, treadmill/elliptical/recumbent bikes, etc. (Skip the breakfast, though, it is just a voucher for their Starbucks style cafe window and you can just pay for that directly if you want). I would definitely go back. The whole stay was extremely pleasant and my family enjoyed the amenities. Great location, with walking distance to restaurants and some shops.

It has its own secure parking deck attached to the hotel. Everything was high quality and very easy to check in. The staff was fantastic

Everyone and everything is beautiful. A lot of restaurants and bars within walking distance. You really don’t need to even leave the hotel with all the amenities they offer. The only negative would be that the shower was weird. It was beautiful but the door was designed not to close so there was whole negative space where you would think the door would close.

Whenever the room above us flushed their toilet, it sounded like thunder and would wake us up. It continued almost all night. Obviously there is no control over how often people use the restroom, but that is the only complaint. Other than that, it was very comfortable and quiet. Very clean and felt very nice
