The house is very nice, the perfect location, especially for those who enjoy kayaking or paddle boarding. clean and enough for a family, the only thing I would have liked is that it has its own dock for the ease of these sports. I would definitely come back again :) thank you!

We came back for the second year in a row to this fantastic property. The location is incredible, steps away from the beach, which is uncrowded with the most beautiful blue/green water. Our kids (9 and 7 yo twins) boogie boarded and made sand castles, and we also took them for putt putt, ice cream, and to the shops in Topsail and Surf City. We were only here for a weekend but wanted to stay longer! The home is great. The kitchen has everything we needed, beds were most comfortable of any rental we’ve ever had. The downstairs shower came in handy as there is only one full bathroom in the house. We enjoyed the large deck in the mornings and in the evening as well. We look forward to returning again next year or sooner if we are able!

Our family had such a wonderful time! We loved being so close to the beach and fishing in the canal. This spot is perfect for a family. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We hope to return again!

It was the perfect set up for my Wife and I. Plenty of room, clean, and everything needed for the stay. Perfect location to visit the ocean and sound.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect. We were able to walk easily back and forth to the beach and use the nice chairs that were provided. The boys rode the bikes through the quiet neighborhood, although they had construction currently taking place beside us that wasn't so quiet (of course not the owner's fault). I took many naps in the hammock, had coffee on the deck, and enjoyed having everything we needed at the property to feel at home. Thank you to the Mullins family for a wonderful , relaxing , week at our favorite beach.

This house was in a fabulous location, so clean and inviting, and a perfect place to stay to enjoy Topsail!

Came down for a quick 2 days of fishing. This property was in a perfect location and perfect size. The garage level storage was perfect spot for me to store my fishing gear. Would certainly rent this space again.

Tracy was so accommodating, which is always appreciated. The house was spotless and was just like the listing. Location was right on the canal and steps to the beach …. Ideal. I will be back for sure.

thank you to our hosts for a relaxing and peaceful stay. our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids under 10) were very comfortable in the house. the proximity of the home to the beach was ideal. the beach itself was amazingly beautiful and we spent many happy hours walking and enjoying the sand and sea. thank you and we hope to return soon.

The house was nice and clean. The ease of getting to the beach was a huge plus. I had never been to Topsail and did not realize that it took so long to get to the house from when you cross the bridge (about 20min). It was great to have the beach pretty much to ourselves, but have to plan ahead for shopping, which we did! Had a great time, but luck of the weather was not on our side this trip. Was freezing, but we bundled up and found plenty of sharks teeth and shells while letting the kids dig and bury themselves and learn the hard way that the ocean is not our friend when it's 40 degrees. Being so close to the beach made those mistakes easier to deal with. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect to enjoy both kayaking and the beach. We used the ladder at the canal to enter our kayaks. We enjoyed two beautiful sunsets from our kayaks and even saw dolphins one night. The beach is such an short, easy walk. The kitchen is well equipped and the bed is very comfortable.

The property was very clean and so welcoming. Me and my family had a great time there celebrating my nephews 6th birthday and he loved how close it was to the beach.

We had a great experience. The owners were very friendly and responsive as well.

Location was great and the host was wonderful at communicating with us and answering questions. Only thing to keep in mind is that if you have a paddleboard and/or want to use the kayak you may need to transport them to a put in. Overall the house was great for our family.

My family of five stayed at this lovely home, it was our first visit to Topsail. The home has so many extra amenities like beach chairs and a kayak. It was also so very clean and very comfortable, we loved the open floor plan. We hope to return next summer.

Owners put a lot of thought into the property and comfort of the guests. Love how they allowed us to use the beach stuff. Beach only steps away!!

This was a peaceful retreat. The location near the end of the island was calm and relaxing. The house was right beside the beach access at the end of the road. It was clean and nicely decorated. Linens and towels provided, stocked kitchen and tons of beach supplies in the laundry room downstairs. Check in/out process very easy. I will definitely stay again if I come back to Topsail. Thank you! 😊

House was clean. Owners were very responsive. Beds were super comfy and sheets were high quality. Nice open living room area and lots of “extras” already there (kayak, laundry detergent, household products etc etc). Overall a very pleasant experience. Only having the one bathroom was a little tough and I definitely think there should be some clarity in the description of the house. I assumed that the house had a floating dock because it’s on the canal but it does not so that’s something to consider if you have a boat. House was definitely lovely but after looking into some other rental units around the same area, I felt the price was relatively high for a house with only one bathroom.

We had a great time at Topsail. The house was great. It had everything we needed. And very close to the beach access.

My husband and I stayed at this property for 4 nights and we enjoyed every minute of our trip. The property was as advertised, extremely clean, nothing was out of place, and it had all the accommodations we needed. Put it this way, it did not disappoint. My husband wanted to stay inside and relax the entire trip because the house was so inviting. We enjoyed sitting on the deck, drinking our morning coffee, and wine in the afternoon. We walked over to the beach every evening and enjoyed watching the TIDE come in and walking along the beach. The house if perfect for a couple and young families. Tracey, the property owner was extremely caring and provided instructions for us to follow. She made herself available to answer all our questions and we didn't have to constantly ask for a response. I would highly recommend this property to my family and friends. I look forward to our next stay at this property. Thank you Tracy, you made our anniversary a very memorable event.

The house was open yet cozy, well equipped kitchen, super comfortable beds and sheets. Easy access to beach across the street. Beach is wide, uncrowded, with white sand and crystal blue, Caribbean-like water. House is in a quiet area of the beach. We sat on the large front deck a lot, which is shaded in the afternoons. There is a cute spot on the intracoastal waterway that we walked to every evening to see the sunset (3 minute walk). We enjoyed our stay and plan to return next year!

Fell in love with south topsail beach . Easy beach access , 0.5mile walk to Serenity Point for evening sunsets , comfortable beds , clean bathroom and great outside shower. Host was super responsive in a quick fashion to our questions. Only disappointment was the absence of a floating dock so I could launch my SUP right into the canal. Public access 4 is near tho. Overall great stay and we will rent again.

I had a terrific stay here with my family for Memorial Day weekend! The property was immaculately clean upon arrival and everything we needed was there and ready to use (beach chairs, towels, kitchen stuff, etc). The location was perfect - right next to the beach which worked very well for my family with two young kids - we could easily go back to the house as needed throughout the day. It also had a great kids bedroom - it’s bunk beds but the bottom bed was very low to the ground for my 3-year old and the top bed had a nice tall railing so worked well for my 5-year old. And all the beds were very comfortable. The owners were also so nice and accommodating. Upon arrival the outside shower was a bit clogged but the owner came right away with a brand new shower head and fixed it. It worked beautifully and we used this a ton after visiting the beach. I can’t wait to stay here again - such a cozy beach house perfectly located for a family beach trip! Thank you again!

What a wonderful treasure of a home! So comfortable and chill! Great water pressure and comfy beds and seating area! Canal and beach steps from the house. Had everything we needed and then some. Love the deck area and such a quiet and peaceful part of the island! We will be back!

Wonderful stay at Topsail. Property was as advertised with anything you would need. Great kids room for our daughter. Can't beat the location- beach was very nice and we were right there. Hosts were helpful and prompt with a minor request. We would recommend this home and look forward to a return stay.
