We absolutely loved our stay at this cosy, cute cottage. It had everything we needed for our family of 4 and was better equipped than our own home!! Lovely welcome pack that was very thoughtful and just moments away from the amazing beach. We will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. The owners were friendly and the little touches made all the difference like having welcome gifts of prosseco, fresh apple juice, apple crumble cake and macaroons (which were soo good) The kitchen was fully equipped with everything. There was tea and coffee even milk in the fridge. There were even dog bowls and a high chair. These things make such a difference when travelling from afar. The property was clean and homely. We would defiantly recommend to everyone as we have already been doing. We look forward to seeing Richard, Sophie and Arthur again.

The cottage was very clean and modern. We were welcomed with prosecco, macaroons, chocolate croissants and carrot cake. The whole cottage has been finished to a really high standard and is so convenient for walks to the non-pebbled beach. The owners very organised and comprehensive welcome pack came in really useful. A ridiculously relaxing weekend break - would definitely recommend!

Warm, cosy and comfortable. Everything had been thought of including loads of towels, blankets, and information on local area, places to eat etc. Nice finishing touches, on demand TV, ps4, board games. As it was Christmas/New Year there was a lovely decorated tree and lights and some complimentary goodies! Would highly recommend and will definitely return.

Very nice clean development in walking distance of Camber Sands. House in excellent condition except that the back light never worked and needs replacing, and it would help if coat hooks were installed on the back of the bathroom and bedroom doors. Otherwise A1. Tim Eyre

The property was very clean, nicely laid out and perfectly located. It gave us everything we needed for a wonderful base. The welcome pack was a really nice touch. The owners were helpful before arriving and there was plenty of useful literature on the area as well as a very good pack of information provided by the owners.We would thoroughly recommend..

We had a perfect holiday week in Beach Boutique - thanks for all, we really enjoyed it!

Das Anwesen war in einem sehr gepflegten uns sauberen Zustand. Für eine vierköpfige Familie ideal, um Ferien in einer wunderschönen Region in England zu machen. Zudem haben wir eine Top-Service von der Familie Smith erfahren, welche die Wohnanlage betreut und nur zwei Häuser weiter wohnt, also direkt vor Ort ist. Hier gab es gute Tipps, damit wir unseren Aufenthalt noch besser gestalten konnten. Überhaupt ist das ganze Umfeld in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand (Parkähnliches Umfeld, das wir als sehr idyllisch empfunden haben. Man kann am späten Nachmittag auf der kleinen Veranda sitzen und die Nachmittagssonne und einen guten Kaffee (Nespresso) genießen. Wir haben hier von Anfang bis Ende einen super Urlaub gehabt und können die Beach Boutique herlich weiterempfehlen. Mit dem Auto und dem Zug haben wir die nähere Umgebung erkundet und die Städte Rye, Hastings, Brigthon und London besucht. Fish und Chips und ein paar gute indische Restaurants in Rye können wir ebenfalls empfehlen. Der Strand ist weitläufig und man findet ein Plätzchen, auch wenn am Wochenende am Strand viel los ist. Alles in Allem sehr schönes Urlaubsambiente.

Arrived to a mini welcome pack, wine and chocolate pastry (what's not to like). All clean and tidy and it felt very homely. Dog bowls were provided which was a nice extra. My little dog was more than happy with his mini holiday. Beaches great for dogs. Walked his paws off! Only thing to point out is that it is a communal garden, shared by a few cottages (may have misread details as was expecting a private little garden). You do have a very small fenced in section outside front door but might not be suitable for dogs not on a lead. Would be very happy to stay again.

Spent the second week of Easter hols in this fabulous house just minutes from the sea with our 7 year old son and two greyhounds. It had everything we could have hoped for, we loved the personal touches and the extremely thoughtful welcome pack upon arrival. We hope to return!

This was our second stay at this beautiful cottage and it was as wonderful as the last time! Was lovely to see Richard & Sophie again along with their new arrival Arther!. We have never had such great service anywhere else which is why we come back here! Look forward to our next trip in September

The cottage lived up to the pictures online. Got a great surprise with the goodies awaiting us. TV set up is best we've had on our cottage trips. Furniture and beds are very comfy too. Even though the weather was pants, the boutique made up for it. The touch with the coffee machine, bedroom TV and PS4 is also a bonus. One small criticism was the microwave location in the back hall, but a minor concern and picky. We have thoroughly enjoyed this cottage as has Reggie our labradoodle. Should we return to this part of the UK, then it'll definitely be here. I have already recommended this property to friends.
