Cabin is nice and lots of space for our family of 13. basically 3 levels with outside terrace on two of them. Overall nice cabin just needs some detail cleaning and some fixer uppers but even these didn’t stop the show for us. We even got some snow which was nice but it that prevented us from leaving as planned because the roads had iced so we were delayed in leaving because of the dangerous black ice. Ashley was understanding that we needed some extra time after checkout for ice to be melted. If your renting here go for it it’s an awesome time to be had.

Eleven family gathered and the house layout was perfect . It provided three levels allowing plenty of room and a great room for all to gather. Kitchen had everything needed. Main level deck with fireplace was a great enjoyment. The views were great. We had a memorable family time.

Working with Ashley was awesome. She was always very responsive and helpful. The cabin was very nice and suited our needs for 4 families staying there for four days. Loved the fireplace, large kitchen and dining and bathrooms for everyone. We hope to return next year!

Overall the property is well maintained and kitchen is very well stocked for big meal planning and cooking. Kitchen is a tab small for the amount of personnel it is suppose to be able to handle as is the same with table sitting arrangements. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and was please on how easy it was to find and travel too. Most of the family coming was from south Florida and are not familiar with mountain driving. Beautiful views peaceful area...just what we were looking for in our early Thanksgiving Reunion. Only major hiccup was trash did not get picked up from prior occupant, which created an issue where to store garbage. Overall beautiful place would book again.

Loved this cabin, it has been recently updated and has a wonderful feel. Wide circular driveway was flat and offered lots of parking. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and plenty of dishes. Be sure to bring your own toiletries as this home didn't come with any body wash or shampoo/conditioner. The beds were very comfortable and you had your choice of firm or soft depending on what you liked, so it worked for all of us. We never could figure out how to get the TVs to work, so be sure to get detailed instructions if you are TV watchers, and one of the arcade machines was broken. The view is stunning and all the spaces were so lovely. Very quiet location. We would 100% stay here again!!

Great house and location

This is a great cabin with great views very comfortable beds super clean and updated nicely. The only drawback is the lighting isn’t that great.

We had an amazing stay nestled in the mountains, enjoying all the amenities of the home from the spacious porches and views to the arcade games and relaxing, comfortable living space. Easily accommodated our party of 10 very comfortably. Amazing memories!

This cabin exceeded our expectations!

We had a large family reunion here with 18 people ranging from adults to infants. House was great with plenty of rooms and areas for people to hang out and enjoy each others company. Definitely enjoyed our stay and the location!

This property was absolutely perfect and even evenore than we expected! We had a gathering of 14 people ages 2-68 and our stay couldn't have been more comfortable! The property was beautiful and no details to attention were spared!

We loved our trip to this cabin. The views were amazing. The cabin is spacious and the arcade games were a hit for the kids. We will definitely look to stay again. Close to downtown blue ridge.

Great stay; just as described. 12 of us, ages ranging from 1-45 stayed very comfortably in this beautiful cabin. Everyone said they wanted to get the same place next year.

I rented this house for some of my friends and I to go on a girls trip. The location was very easy to find, the house was incredibly comfortable, and the set up was great for entertaining. The main living space was open and spacious, perfect for all of us to hang out and visit. But there were so many rooms and separate areas that if someone needed a break they could take it. Also the view was just AMAZING.

We enjoyed everything! The property was as advertised. The cabin was clean and well-stocked. Communication was easy.

The house was perfect for our five-day December vacation. We had a mixture of grandparents, parents and young adults. Views were beautiful. Heating was good, arcade games, pool table and especially the hot tub were enjoyed. We took advantage of local excursions and walks in the woods. The house does need a bit of attention to maintenance - small things that are more important to the actual maintenance of the home, but had no impact on our enjoyment of the home. A Christmas tree had been decorated near the fireplace which was very nice. The property manager was excellent. We would visit this property again.

This is a beautiful property with plenty of room for 10 adults and 4 small children/babies. The amenities are great, kitchen is fully stocked with everything (except we couldn’t find a metal spatula for the grill), and the place was decorated very nice. We all enjoyed the arcade games downstairs, and the hot tub was nice. The dining table is nice and long; we just needed more seating for our group (a bench seat might be a nice addition?); the high chair was nice to have with two babies. Kitchen and living area could have been bigger, but it worked for us for a 3-night stay. It was nice to have hand soap, trash bags, and toilet tissue and paper towels on hand when we got there, and we had plenty of towels for everyone. We would stay there again, although the price point was higher than we usually budget. (Wish the VRBO fees weren’t so high!) Ashley was very responsive with all of our inquiries and questions.

This was the perfect location/house for my extended family and me to stay together while being just 1 mile from the property location of my daughter’s wedding. COVID has prevented us from getting together for 2 years. It was perfect!

Myself and 9 other adults stayed for a while here and it truly was quite lovely. Pros: Great view, great amount of rooms, easy to work with property manager, many sundry items are provided, good parking area, and good location in general. Comfy beds! Fairly clean throughout the house. Amazing floorplan that's conducive to large groups being able to be in the same common areas. I would have no issues staying again. Meh: The internet situation isn't bad but you're not going to be streaming 4k Netflix on 2 TVs. Internet down peak was 4.2 Mbps, Peak up was 2.1 Mbps. Average ping was 40 ms. The jacuzzi takes a while to heat up -- plan ahead, and the backlight on the display for it is out. The screened in porch is not fully screened in, defeating the purpose a bit. If you're here during winter I can imagine the road going up to the cabin being quite dangerous in inclement weather. Smoke alarm routinely went off if cooking in large quantities. Cons: A few light bulbs were out resulting in a game of trying to figure out which light switches we could rely on. At least one couch wasn't cleaned under the cushions - we had a nasty surprise when someone's wallet went between the cushions. While it was nice to have some cookware items in-house some were beyond the point of needing to be replaced and it was a pain to rely on them. The knives in particular were quite dull, may want to bring your own. The grill was supposed to have 1 full tank of propane and one partially filled propane tank. The grill instead had 1 empty and 1 partially filled propane tank -- we ran out mid-way through cooking our meal when we discovered the other tank was empty. :(
