The house and outside patio are beautiful and you can see that the person who designed the house, the owner put a lot of love into the garden, pool and property. If it was just based on this it would be a 10.

But the service and check-in was the worst I experienced in Guadeloupe. (In which we encountered great service overall) The owner and the person who checked us (Noah) in was nice enough to let us check in a few hours early which was really nice. However Noah was not clear on where the property was, booking did not give an exact address and he took some time to answer, luckily our driver found the place then once Noah came it looked like he was in a real rush to leave. He did not explain the Wifi, the laundry, etc (or half the other things). And he looked to be a bit out of it (on a good buzz or something). He then proceeded to assign and unlock 3 bedrooms. Mind you when I paid for the reservation it included 4 rooms and a laundry. The biggest room in the house was not unlocked for us, the laundry was left locked. We could not choose our rooms. The three we were given shared the same key. (the biggest room has a separate key and remained locked). I dont mind having three rooms even tough we were 4 adults but they did not even ask us or consider which rooms we wanted. Furthermore the reservation made was for a house with 4 rooms and a laundry which in the end did not match what they gave us. The explanation was that for 4 people you got 3 rooms but nowhere does it say this in the description on Booking and atleast give us the biggest room. As we had questions and Noah while reading our messages was ignoring me, we saw that on the fridge a telephone number was posted for a girl who we could call. When writing her she offered her help and was suppose to come around 13pm to fix everything. Only to find out by Noah, that she was fired and supposedly not with the property anymore. So why was her contact posted on the fridge? Also becareful opening drawers in the kitchen as you might find a dead cockroach or two. Speaking for the overall tidiness of the property.
