The room was very comfortable and nice, the big tub was beautiful.

As beautiful as the room was, the hot tub was not working so we had to use a different suite's tub, the room had hidden dirtiness despite guests being charged almost $100 for cleaning fees each book. The host was not as communicative, we wasted over an hour trying to get into our suite, had to speak to a manager on site(luckily she was there, although she seen us but did not assist us, we thought they were guests unloaded thier car, as we drove to the top and back down multiple times looking confused)/has ask another guest in another suite for assistance, had to use her phone to call Carl since Lisa was not around as he said and no cell service available. Lisa did a great job helping us though once she found us. Jenn is great and very communicative, we actually booked before and Jenn was amazing, but this time, Carl was very rude over the phone when all we needed was assistance. Please put a sign in the front that "White Feather" is BEHIND the front suites to the left. He couldn't even just tell us that, made us wait for Lisa.
