Lovely spot in a beautiful home. The owner was very accomodating. Really walkable neighborhood too.

Stayed here for 3 nights going to Metallica over the weekend. This is an outstanding B & B, the staff was very good and the breakfast was very delightful. The property was very nice snd within walking distance to restraunts and walking distance to public transportation. We loved the house pup who greeted guests outside always wagging his tail. If and when we go back we wouldnt hesitate to stay there again.

We had a fantastic visit to Seattle. The hospitality was amazing. Their response time for any need to communicate was immediate. They absolutely go above and beyond for their guests. Breakfast was a fun way to meet new people. Overall A

The house was built in 1909 and had some of the features of the period. Beautiful house and the breakfast was very good. Within walking distance to restaurants and stores. Nice park close by also.

Everything very good. Four stars not five are because all towel bars in the bathroom were loose (I really hate loose towel bars) as was the robe hook on the bathroom door, that actually fell off. Outside, the walls around the property are in need if some TLC - a power wash and (maybe) dome paintbto remove the graffiti.

We love this bed and breakfast! The food and coffee were delicious. The customer service was fabulous, and the ambience was perfect. There are tons of delicious restaurants in walking distance. Volunteer Park is also an easy walk. We hope we can stay here again the next time we come to Seattle!

Well put together property with a more classic antique furniture layout. Very inviting. Friendly staff and wonderful breakfast. Would stay here again.

This was one of my favorite vacation stays. The property is beautiful and eclectically decorated. Checking in and out was as convenient as a text message. Breakfast each morning was consistently pleasant. The neighborhood is clean, safe, and quiet, and an easy walk to restaurants and shops, but also to the light rail to get to the airport, train station, and downtown. I will absolutely be booking here again on my next trip to Seattle.

Great place to stay away from Downtown Seattle. Felt like being at home. David is excellent host and breakfast was nice touch every morning. Great to meet people from all over the world.

The hosts were charming and the home is incredibly beautiful and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Excellent location - very quick to get to downtown Seattle, the ferries, the Space Needle, etc. A hidden gem in Seattle!

It is a wonderful B&B hosted by David and his husband. David was there to cook us wonderful breakfast and we had an eclectic group of other guests who were friendly. He was patient when I kept forgetting how to use my fob. The place is walkable to many attractions and the setting is somehow tranquil even though we were close to downtown and to the university. I would recommend it highly

Proprietor was vey friendly and helpful. The Manor was beautiful and really inspired wonder. I loved the history and ambience of the place. Rooms felt very private and quiet. Breakfast was very good. We have a special needs child and the staff were very happy to accomodate our needs. Patking was a bit tight, but the proprietor helped us figure it out. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our stay!

A very individual style of accommodation. A beautifully kept original home. All the rooms are very different so read the descriptions. Breakfast was served round a huge table- oryou could eat on the veranda or in a separate room. David was very welcoming. An excellent cheap bus service into the city, about 3 minute walk away.

We enjoyed our stay. The beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is good. The neighborhood felt safe and walk able with many classic, older homes and green-space.
We would stay here again.

Property was beautiful. Excellent breakfast every morning. Interesting neighborhood with a lot of dining options. Fairly close to public transportation. Close to a beautiful park(Volunteer Park). Really close to a commercial area, but the property itself is tucked away in a residential neighborhood. Staff was very helpful and courteous. I would definitely stay again.

David was an absolute amazing, charming & friendly host. He made our stay at the manor very welcoming and made very delicious breakfasts during our short stay. He was thorough with our check in procedures and we were able to get settled in our amazing Capitol room. Even our hard to please kids enjoyed their stay here.

A really lovely situated little hotel, in a safe area with free parking. Close walking distance from restaurants, parks, and a short drive, under 5 minutes, from downtown Seattle. It's not like your normal sterile hotel. It's more like staying at someone's house, where the host does his outmost to make you feel at home. The rooms are big, nicely decorated, and clean.

David was awesome and my entire family was very please with all the attention to detail he provided to all of us. He had a full house this trip and he had great conversations with all guests. We came one evening during his practice time and were lucky enough to experience his hidden talent...this man can sing!

Great host, loved the mansion from 1900, and a great breakfast to start the day. Easy bus ride to the U District and light rail to SeaTac. Will stay again.

Our stay at the Manor was wonderful in every way. This is an old home and shows its age but this is the character of the home. Breakfast served daily with a smile and so friendly. Plated food, fresh coffee, fruit and more. We absolutely loved this home in every way and you will too.
