Excellent staff service. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was good and ready earlier than the stated time!

The only good thing was that the room was huge, and that it wasn't far from the city centre

- Terrible and poor breakfast, it didn't even have bread. It only had scrambled eggs, sausages and mexican tortillas, and some fruit salad. Not what I expected for the price. - Ugly views looking to a highway. - Bad location, between two car parks, with uncomfortable access. - Bad management: they didn't even reply to messages on Booking when I asked for changes on the reservation. I understand that they may not want to make them, but they should've had the decency to reply to any of the messages I sent. - Lots of confusions. E.g. I asked if I could take some food from the breakfast as I was going to leave.early the following day and miss the next day's breakfast, and they told me that I would get a tray with everything ready. However when I went to the buffet the following day I was told that it was completely false and I have been misinformed. I have been to other Hyatt's and the experience has been quite different, so it may be due to poor management on this one

Was not clear on what to do if an employee was not on garage level to tell you how to get to the check-in floor.

Water not hot enough for shower and I didn’t like the Delta shower head (only one flow of water) and difficult to move

Feels like a brand new hotel, that has all the amenities of a hotel in 2023. The little detail is there is a light citrus smell in the room.

The neighborhood around is not great (but no security issues for us to report), but it was perfect for us who arrived at midnight and left at 9 AM.

The rooms are good especially the one with the highway front. The staff is exceptional.

Traveling the Empire State Trail by bicycle from Buffalo to Albany, I was so thankful to stay at this wonderful hotel! The room was immaculately clean and very spacious. There was plenty of room for my bike. The staff went out of their way to make sure that all my needs were taken care of during my stay. Thank you!

I loved the property! Its close proximity to the Empire Sate Trail could mean many cyclists will stay at Hyatt Place, so a place to store bikes could be an idea.
