Located across from Fisherman's Cove and only about 25 miles from the entrance to Yosemite National Park, "Fisherman's Cove Retreat" offers a unique Yosemite experience for all! Featuring 5 bedrooms and at over 2500 sq feet, this property has room for all. Not to mention the lovely gas fireplace, full kitchen, bbq, plus indoor and outdoor games for the whole family to enjoy. There is even parking for up to 5 vehicles! (garage access is not available). No matter if the fish are biting or not, your group is sure to love the Fisherman's Cove Retreat.
Maximum occupancy is 16, which includes children & infants of any age. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY LIMIT IS FIRM.
You must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking to reserve this property. AGE RESTRICTION IS FIRM.
GATHERINGS:
No large gatherings permitted. A maximum of 6 people (including children & infants) permitted on the property premises, never to exceed 6 at any given time; (if the maximum occupancy limit has been reached, additional day/visitor guests will not be allowed).
PETS/ANIMALS:
No pets.
No animals.
No exceptions.
PET POLICY IS FIRM.
LINENS:
Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, pillows are provided for guest use.
Beach towels are not provided.
OUTDOOR FIRES:
Outdoor fires are strictly prohibited on the premises.
GAS BBQ:
Propane not included. Guests may order a propane tank on the Temporary Resident Registration form (guest list) for a fee. Guests may also purchase or swap out a tank at the local market or hardware store.
GATED COMMUNITY ACCESS PERMITS REQUIRED BY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION:
Pine Mountain Lake HOA charges $46 per vehicle (one time fee) to enter the gated community with 24 hour security.
The entire fee goes to PML HOA.

Access permits are non-refundable.
A stay of 8+ nights will require additional fees as per PMLA.
STAIRS:
This property has interior & exterior stairways.
CHILDREN:
Please do not leave children unattended on stairways and decks. Stairways, decks & deck railings are not child-proof. BOATS: The boat(s) and/or kayaks are not for guest's use. You can rent kayaks and canoes at Pine Mountain Lake Boat Rentals at the main Marina.
PARKING:
Driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles.
YARD:
Property is both level and sloped.
FIREWOOD:
Firewood is not provided for guest use.
OUTDOOR FIRES:
Outdoor fires are strictly prohibited on the premises.
