On the ground floor there is a living room where you will find a sofa, an armchair, a small table and a TV, and in the modern equipped kitchen and dining room with a table for 8 people you will prepare and eat delicious meals. On the upper floor, you will be comfortably accommodated in 3 bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub, and the other is an ensuite bathroom with a shower cabin. You will be able to enjoy the view of the clean and clear Adriatic Sea from the bedrooms, terrace and kitchen. On the outdoor terrace there is a heated swimming pool with a size of 32 m2 and a depth of 1.2 - 1.8 m. You will sunbathe on 4 sunbeds, and you will not have to prepare food only inside the villa, but also on the terrace where there is an outdoor charcoal or wood grill. Of course, in the evenings you will be able to enjoy hanging out on the terrace on the outdoor sofa or at the outdoor dining table with 6 seats. Additional equipment includes a washing machine, dryer and iron, as well as a separate toilet. If children are coming with you on holiday, a feeder and a cot are at your disposal.
