What we like best about it is the view - especially this year when we had storms. The kitchen is super nice as well. We also love the big deck and community pool. Over all great stay!

Reviewer Comments: We were reluctant at first because unexpectedly the house we had chosen was unavailable and the manager proposed us a switch to a nearby house. We were finally very happy with Topsail'Treasure #148, a beautiful house very confortable, convenient and quiet along the beach. Very surprisingly enjoyable!!

With 6 adults and 2 under 5 children, the spaciousness of downstairs was greatly appreciated, as was the upstairs sitting area. This house had THE best equipped kitchen I’ve ever seen, from pots and pans, to ample dishes and silverware. And since we cook while there, the pantry space was perfect for all of our items. With its breathtaking view of the ocean and incredibly spacious deck, the little ones had extra play space. This was a win,win trip for all involved, an over the top stay,

The home was very quiet, clean and comfortable. Most of it seemed brand new.

The first day I got the pleasure of stepping on a cockroach in my bare feet. 2 others were removed during the stay. The ice maker continues to have issues and didn't produce any ice during the stay...ice had to be purchased.
