Beautiful home. Extremely well stocked with everything you need. Teenagers loved the pool and the pool table. Adults loved the porches and outdoor kitchen. Plenty of comfortable beds for everyone. Would stay again!

This is a beautiful house that has all of the amenities needed for a perfect getaway with family and friends. Process and communication was impeccable and everyone was very comfortable and entertained for the full trip! Thanks for everything!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. Everything was as listed and Kathy and her husband were quick to respond to any questions. They are great hosts and we highly recommend.

The house was beautiful and large enough for are entire family. Well spaced out and the kids game room was great. Everyone had something to do. Cons: bunk room was extremely hot, thank goodness they supplied individual fans for each bed. Cleanliness was seriously lacking. We found clumps of hair in every showers and stuck on dried conditioner. Pool was so murky you couldn’t see the bottom. Called property management ( who came and did nothing to help. ) home owner actually got involved and had 2 wonderful ladies actually came and scrub the pool and shocked it. Unfortunately we loss 2 days of swimming. Trash was over following by the driveway when we pulled up. So flies were everywhere. Didn’t get to grill due to the gas barbecue being very filthy. Would happily stay again IF the house was actually cleaned properly and pool and grill was cleaned.

Wonderful lakeside home with great location and amenities. Very family friendly- we had 4 children 10 and under. Excellent property management with quick response to any questions.

Very nice property! Location, location, location! Right on the water, easy in and out with surf boat, easy access to H‑E‑B and Boat Town Burger Bar. Only con was all bedrooms upstairs.

Would give higher than 5 stars! The online pics do not do justice to this home. It is beautiful! I often rent on vrbo and have had wonderful experiences. This has been the best yet! The owners were wonderful and very attentive to any need or question we may have had. But, they literally thought of everything. Our greeting was wonderfully welcoming. The home is beautifully decorated, immaculate, comfortable and PERFECT LOCATION! We love skiing on the LLANO side of the lake, docking at the sand bar and floating. The water was perfect every day! The location puts you in calmer water with less boat traffic, centrally located to all branches of the lake. H.E.B. Is a 5 minute drive. splash town a five minute boat ride. The home is Located in a Very quiet neighborhood and just a walk away from boat town burger bar, pizza, and live music. We rented a boat, water toys and two jet skis from Splash rentals conveniently located just across the lake. Docking was so easy with the newly installed docking pads. The patio and pool areas very spacious and comfortable. We Enjoyed time in the pool/ hot tub! ALL beds/ bedrooms/bath were very comfortable! We Enjoyed cookIng in the large kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed and then some! The ice maker was a great bonus! . We enjoyed time in the game room, great for all ages! The video game was another great bonus for the kids! My list could go on and on…. But to summarize our time at BIG BLUE … PERFECT AND PRICELESS FAMILY TIME IN A PERFECT HOME! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND WILL DEFINITELY RETURN! Thank you KATHY for making our stay “ THE BEST YET!
