I thought that house keeping should have made sure that I had clean linen and towels

There was a modern DYI element to the room that lend a bit of hippiness and eco friendliness to our stay. The floors are concrete throughout which I had no problems with.

Cute and quaint little motel

Somewhat updated from a few years ago but pained cement floors cold and damp.

Easy to check in. Nice tidy rooms.

Room was basic but clean and neat. Beds were pretty comfy. No front desk, and check-in code was not as originally shared, but contact was easy to reach by phone once on site. Absolutely no sound insulation between rooms, so your experience might depend on how quiet/respectful your neighbors are! Bring ear plugs. Location and value for cost were good.

The room even though very small it was clean . Cleverly decorated. The toilet holder was loose . The coffee provided was very good . The room served our needs . We needed a room at a reasonable price so this was it. If you are looking for luxury this is not it n I mean that in a positive way not in a negative one …. Just a true reflection. The air conditioner is loud.

The Brooks was perfect for what I needed - somewhere to stay after a friend's party nearby. The rooms are small but really well laid out and clean. It's my first time using the non-contact check in and it worked really well due to good in advance communication.

This place is run totally remotely, which means there is no one onsite to help if you have a problem like I did trying to get into my room. They give you two phone numbers in your confirmation email, but one is only to receive texts of photos of your ID. When you are trying to find a help number on your phone it is not helpful to have to differentiate them. In addition, there is a phone number on the door that is supposed to be a helpline, but it is different from the one in the email, and did not work. The room itself is tiny and barren, with hard cement floors. The standing AC unit caused a flood from condensation collecting as well. Not a good experience.

Very spartan, which is not a problem. My only complaint is that there is no carpet only a cement floor which is very cold.

Super cute, very clean, amazingly comfy bed! My only complaint is that we didn't stay long enough.

Niagara Canada is has a wild city center for families visiting the attractions. Kings Inn is walkable to everything without being in the center of everything, super convenient. Quiet and simple, it felt like a place I could take a nap between here in there or stay for aweek and be treated like family.

The single rooms are small and basic, but extremely well done and thoughtfully furnished. Extremely good value.

It was close to Catamount ski resort

Small room, but clean the only bad thing I can say is the bed is the hardest thing you can imagine.. you might think this is an exaggerated but seriously it feels just as hard as the wooden headboard .. I had to think maybe this so the base board and they forgot the mattress but nope just that hard .. I can't imagine anyone in their right mins would like this level of stiffness .. I'm saying lay on a picnic table .. that softer then this mattress ..

Rooms had modern appearance. I will they had carpet or rugs since I stayed in January and the floors are concrete

This is a self serve motel, completely renovated. New beds, linens, very clean. There is no staff there, you check in on your mobile phone with text instructions. It was a easy, no hassle procedure for us.

It was exactly what we needed for the visit. Clean room, tv, wifi, excellent shower, towels, coffee. It’s a little bare-bones (concrete floor and painted plywood walls), but noise wasn’t an issue. Seamless checkin and checkout. Would stay again.

the place has no sign at the entrance and was very dark when we arrived about 6 PM, the parking was poorly lighted,. felt uncomfortable till we got inside. the room was very clean and well prepared for guests. the people that i called were nice, very polite and helped all they could. there are thousands of old people like me traveling that do have the equipment or know hiow to take or text pictures of themselves so that is out of the question,
