駅から近いところにありました。

着いたら部屋の中所々に虫がいて駆除から開始。おそらく排水口の目張りが不十分と思われ侵入していました。 エアコンを稼働させましたがなかなか冷えず、開けたところフィルタがホコリで詰まっていて、フィルタ掃除も実施。 キングサイズのベッドは大きいですが、スノコが外れやすい状態で何度も直す作業が必要になりました。 風呂場の排水溝からニオイが逆流し、暫くシャワーを流し連続して使用しました。

This place is HUGE for Japan! We had a large group and everyone fit comfortably. Room to set up the baby cot, plenty of room in the dining area (only 1 small table though), use of washing machine is good also! Great little outdoor area shared with neighbors (who are all lovely!) Could use some kinda outdoor seating (couch or table) but was nice to have some outdoor space for baby to play. Owner was very accommodating and let us leave our luggage at the property early before check in for the day. This is sooo close to transport and only 1 or 2 trains from most places so is amazing if your travelling around a lot!

Mould in the bathroom! The bathroom is in the middle of the house with no ventilation and poor cleaning. We used the bleach there and got on hands and knees and scrubbed under the bath (this had not been done in awhile) but the smell of the mould is constant. Not owners fault as it will be people not putting on far and letting airflow in. The clearers only "tidy" they do not clean.. under the beds, in window sills and cupboards had not been cleaned in a long time, very dirty/dusty. No couches or anywhere to sit and "relax" other than on your bed. We spent a lot of time sitting on the floor as the chairs for the table all had damaged legs that looked like they might snap if sat on.

The apartment was very spacious with 2 bedrooms,3 double beds and 1 single bed. More than enough for family of 4. The heating system was very good so was the water pressure. Although it took a moment for the water to heat up. It's very close to Oji station and 7 eleven. The host was very communicative, always replied promptly to my queries.

The bathroom and toilet were outdated. No heated toilet seat and bidet. No place to hang clothes in the bathroom. No trash bin in the toilet and bathroom.

Great location close to a main train station. Traveling with four children this site provided a great value for money option that was convenient for all Tokyo attractions and also easy to get to from the airport. The hosts are awesome, they communicated very well and did their utmost to ensure our stay was comfortable. We stayed at this location twice during our visit to Japan, 4 nights at the start and 4 nights at the end. The second stay was like returning home. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you.
