The property was clean and the location was near the town centre

We had problems that ruined the stay. We could not get sound on the TV which also had a pixelated picture. The first morning we could not get any hot water. We contacted the helpline and spent quite a lot of time trying to resolve the issues, including sending videos etc with no success. We decided to leave and find alternative accommodation. A warning if you are a group of 5, there are 5 beds but only 3 easy chairs and 4 dining chairs

Beds very comfortable. Rooms clean.

The pans in bad condition, roasting pan still had oil in it. Toilet plunger broken. Bath very slippery but very clean bathroom. The towels had to be washed as though they looked like they had been, they smelled stale. Hadn’t realised it was very hilly. No one came to fix the toilet. Sofa very low and only three could sit. If more staying they would have to sit on kitchen chairs. Ok for us as only three of us.

A bit of a climb if walking back from town
